The location is absolutely stunningyou can enjoy your meals with a serene backdrop of houseboats drifting across the Vembanad Lake, which truly captures the essence of Alappuzha. The food is genuinely delicious, adding to the overall experience. While it may not be a 4-star property, the charm of the place more than makes up for it. Its peaceful, surrounded by nature, with birds chirping throughout the day, creating a calming atmosphere. What really stood out was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff, who made the stay even more comfortable. If youre looking for a quiet, scenic, and authentic backwater experience, this place is definitely worth it.

Had a good experience staying at Palm Grove. The rooms were cozy and gave a nice village feel, and the bathrooms were clean. The only downside was that the food quality was not as good as expected. It also gets quite dark outside at night, with lots of insects and frogs around. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay.

The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and offered a peaceful experience with beautiful views. The staff were courteous, attentive, and made our stay truly enjoyable with their excellent hospitality.

Good location property is poorly maintained. Dust in room not good as their room rent. TV is not smart so nothing to do with it. No restaurent round the clock, swiggy and zomato available. We were staying in water front villa and from morning there were workers in front of the room for lawn work which was killing our privacy and experience. We got little late to checkout which was our mistake but the propery manager called and his tone at that point of time was very disrespectful which really let me down and was not at all expecting that kind of thing. Edit after resort reply: The statement saying the work was from govt is untrue as this is just a lawn grass work done by the resort not the lake side concrete work. Also i checkout the room by 1.10 pm not 2 pm , its true that i was late but it was never 2 pm and the communication made by your team and the person on phone was very unprofessional to a guest which was not at all sounded a good approach.

The resort has a very nice lake view... The ambience is pure calm... The stay was a stress buster.... It was such a peaceful place to breathe fresh air... Must visit place.... It has all my heart...
