We recently enjoyed a two-night stay at this resort with our family, including our two-year-old. Our experience was positive overall. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and we appreciated the ample parking available on-site. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and there was plenty of open space for our child to play. While the food was good, we felt the breakfast buffet could have offered a wider variety. We highly recommend this resort as a family-friendly option. Its excellent location, good amenities, and outstanding service make it an ideal choice for a peaceful stay.

The place was so calm and peaceful. Food and ambience of the resort was amazing. Their service was one of the best thing. They were always available to us and helped with making arrangements for all small needs. Overall a great place to spend our vacation.

Location by the backwaters is fantastic - great spot for watching the boats go by and for sunset views. We had an issue with our room at first but it was all handed very well by Hari, the manager, for which we were very grateful. Food is also delicious. A lovely stay.

Staying at Hotel Palm Grove was an unforgettable experience! The services were excellent, and the backwater views from the resort were absolutely mesmerizing. As a North Indian, I was pleasantly surprised to find some of the best food here—it truly felt like home away from home. What made this stay extra special was seeing fireflies for the first time in my life—a magical moment I’ll cherish forever. The open-roof bathroom with lush green plants was a unique and refreshing experience, blending modern comfort with nature. If you’re considering a houseboat stay, I’d highly recommend Palm Grove instead. It offers everything you could ask for—a peaceful atmosphere, great food, and a close connection to nature. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Hari and all of the staff were such a delight to have around. Super helpful and kind. The property is the best you can find with nature at its most comfortable best. Saw birds roaming about at their ease to just stepping into a boat right from their private dock. Everything was beautiful!
