Had a wonderful stay at Palm Grove in Alleppey. The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery which makes it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel welcome throughout the stay. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the calm backwater vibes of Alleppey. Overall, a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kerala.

I had a wonderful stay at palmgrove with my family.The ambience was truly great .... calm, pleasant, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was really good, with great taste and quality. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were also very good. The receptionist Mr.Vipin was extremely kind and helped us arrange everything we needed. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We had a very bad experience at this resort. On the Palm Grove Resort Google page, it was mentioned as a 4-star restaurant, which they later clarified was not true. We booked five rooms for our stay. Two of them were poolside rooms, which were better than the other three garden-side rooms. Almost all the rooms did not have hot water, and the heaters were not working. When we informed the staff, they asked us to wait for some time. Even after keeping the tap open for about 10 minutes, we still did not get hot water. In one of the rooms, the bathroom drain was clogged and the water remained until morning. In two rooms, the electric kettles were not working. The milk powder provided had already crossed its expiry date. The only good thing about our stay was the complimentary boating in the evening. The breakfast options were also very limited. Overall, it is not at all worth the price they are charging.

A Serene Paradise by Vembanad Lake! I recently stayed at Palmgrove Lake Resort in Alleppey and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is beautifully situated with breathtaking views of the Vembanad lake, where you can watch traditional houseboats glide by throughout the day. The highlight of our stay was the sunset Shikara ride on the lake. The convenience of being picked up and dropped right at the property made it even more special. As a vegetarian, I was delighted to find excellent simple food options that were both delicious and satisfying. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had a pleasant, comfortable ambiance that made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Vipin Raj, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality and helpfulness truly enhanced our experience. This is definitely a must-visit destination if youre in Alleppey. Were already planning our return trip! Highly recommend Palmgrove Lake Resort for anyone seeking a peaceful lakeside getaway.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this property. Had booked Lake View Suite and that's the best part of this property, the views. Just adjacent to the backwaters, it is very nicely located. Even if you plan of a staycation, you can spend the whole day, just sitting on the porch of your suite watching the houseboats and jets roll by. Speaking of which, our houseboat cruise's pickup and drop point were from the property itself. The staff including Mr.Hari & Mr.Vipin were courteous and helpful. Only areas for improvement,which I personally feel, are firstly, the breakfast buffet spread could be bigger and secondly, the bathrooms could be modernised a bit. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. Will choose this property again if I happen to visit Alleppey again.
