We had an incredible New Years celebration at Palmgrove Lake Resort! Our family booked all 5 Garden Villas, and it was the perfect setup for a private and memorable holiday. The location is beautiful and serene, offering the classic Alleppey experience. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. The staff and management were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our large group was comfortable and well-taken care of. If youre looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service, I highly recommend this resort!

I had a wonderful stay at palmgrove with my family.The ambience was truly great .... calm, pleasant, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was really good, with great taste and quality. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were also very good. The receptionist Mr.Vipin was extremely kind and helped us arrange everything we needed. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Everything was good about this place. You can come and relax here with ultimate pleasure. But the rooms could have been a bit more maintained. Otherwise it's just perfect

I had an amazing experience at Palmgrove Lake Resort. The property is beautiful and perfectly located right beside the lake, offering a peaceful and scenic environment throughout the stay. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive, making the entire experience even better. The food was excellent, with great taste and quality. One of the highlights was that the resort arranged both a shikara ride and kayaking directly from the property itself, which was incredibly convenient and enjoyable since the resort is lakeside. Overall, Palmgrove Lake Resort offers the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alleppey.

My wife and I stayed at Palmgrove Lake Resort for 3 nights. We were very happy for the hotel and the service. We had a small bungalow, which was charming and well-arranged. The gardens are beautiful, with a view to the Backwaters. From the open restaurant, you see the houseboats passing by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They tried to fulfill our wishes. We had problems accessing the internet. We are not sure what the problem was; we use Apple and guessed perhaps something to do with security. We highly recommend this resort.
