We recently enjoyed a two-night stay at this resort with our family, including our two-year-old. Our experience was positive overall. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and we appreciated the ample parking available on-site. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and there was plenty of open space for our child to play. While the food was good, we felt the breakfast buffet could have offered a wider variety. We highly recommend this resort as a family-friendly option. Its excellent location, good amenities, and outstanding service make it an ideal choice for a peaceful stay.

Stayed here for a day. Had a very nice experience. The location, cottage, pool and food- all were really top class. The resort is maintained so well and the service is also good. The manager Hari was a very nice person to interact with and made sure the guests were happy. Location is near Lake side and has a stunning view. The only feedback will be to keep the dinner for more time as it closes at 9 pm now.

I had the pleasure of staying at Palmgrove Resorts, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms truly reflect the authentic charm of Kerala offering stunning views of the serene surroundings. The hotel’s location near the kayal (backwaters) is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the tranquil sight of the water and the gentle sounds of nature was magical. The hotel also arranged a fantastic boat ride and an exhilarating speed boat experience, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff were incredibly hospitable and ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience the beauty and culture of Kerala!

Surreal! Unforgettable experience; beautiful location, amazing staff behavior, very tasty food and the empathy they had for us while we were staying with our one year old was beyond exceptional. The place was so calm and peaceful. Food and ambience of the resort was amazing. Their service was one of the best thing. They were always available to us and helped with making arrangements for all small needs. Overall a great place to spend our vacation.
