I had a wonderful stay at palmgrove with my family.The ambience was truly great .... calm, pleasant, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was really good, with great taste and quality. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were also very good. The receptionist Mr.Vipin was extremely kind and helped us arrange everything we needed. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Everything was good about this place. You can come and relax here with ultimate pleasure. But the rooms could have been a bit more maintained. Otherwise it's just perfect

If you really want to experience Alappuzha in all its beauty, Palm Grove Lake Resort is the perfect place to stay. The location is absolutely stunningyou can enjoy your meals with a serene backdrop of houseboats drifting across the Vembanad Lake, which truly captures the essence of Alappuzha. The food is genuinely delicious, adding to the overall experience. While it may not be a 4-star property, the charm of the place more than makes up for it. Its peaceful, surrounded by nature, with birds chirping throughout the day, creating a calming atmosphere. What really stood out was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff, who made the stay even more comfortable. If youre looking for a quiet, scenic, and authentic backwater experience, this place is definitely worth it.

Had a wonderful stay at Palm Grove in Alleppey. The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery which makes it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel welcome throughout the stay. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the calm backwater vibes of Alleppey. Overall, a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kerala.

The location is really nice as it is Lakefront. Lush green landscape adds to its beauty. You can watch the houseboats moving in the lake. Very calm and soothing atmosphere. It has wide area and only limited cottages. So no crowding. Food was good. We felt garden facing cottage in which we stayed was average. One side is totally glass and curtains are not good enough. Common pool available.
