I visited here with family and kids. We are very happy to choose this place. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The view from the resort is the highlight factor. We booked Campfire and Barbeque which was another good night memory with my family. Thank you so much Ottway, will vist again next time.

The rooms will not have fans or AC due to the cold weather during the winter and mansoon..not sure if there are alternatives provided during summer but good place to chill and a lot of activities available in and around the area.

Nice experience.... Best place to chill with friends or family. Friendly staffs, the location and the view from the resort is absolutely mind refreshing. Must visit place in munnar which is near the boating point. Thankyou soo much Ottway to give me a wonderful experience....

Extremely bad management. Running the place with minimum and poor quality staff. Staff have to take the heat from the customers. Lack of service. Unclean. Food is fine. Just making money coz there is no other restaurants nearby.
