Happy to share our wonderful experience at Orange Valley Hills Resorts. This was our first visit, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We visited as a team of 42 members from Chennai (Valasaravakkam), and the hospitality was excellent. The staff service was outstanding, very cooperative and well-organized for our large group. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was very well maintained. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, which everyone in our team enjoyed. The beautiful natural surroundings made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The kids in our group were very happy enjoying the play area and swimming pool facilities. Thank you for the wonderful service and for making our team outing a memorable one

We stayed here during our office trip and honestly, it was such a great experience. From the beginning, the customer service was amazing. They kept following up with us for almost two months before our trip and made sure everything was arranged exactly the way we discussed. That kind of attention really made a difference. The food was delicious, the amenities were well maintained and the overall environment was peaceful and refreshing. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.

Incredible service and beautiful surroundings! The Orange Valley Hills Resort offers a truly relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. The team is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend for a peaceful, high-quality getaway. The food & service were excellent. The Restaurant staff went all out to customise our food requirements. We thoroughly enjoyed our three days' stay at this resort. A big thank you to the whole team at the Orange Valley Hills Resort.

I recently visited Orange Valley and I absolutely loved the experience. The place offers a beautiful and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The tents were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. What impressed me the most was the staff behaviour. The team was extremely friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the stay even more memorable and comfortable. I would highly recommend Orange Valley to anyone looking for a refreshing and unique stay experience. I would definitely love to visit again!

The resorts location is absolutely fantastic, and the sunrise view from the property is a must-watch truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay. The food was top class, with special appreciation to Chef Ratheesh and Kamal for consistently delicious meals. Every dish was well prepared and flavorful. The reception team was very warm and welcoming, and the overall customer service was excellent. A special thanks to Jiva for the support and care it really made a difference and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The only area for improvement would be the hot water system. We had to request service multiple times, and eventually hot water was provided using buckets. Fixing this would make the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay with great views, food, and people. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again once the hot water issue is resolved.
