Wonderful staff in particular Sooraj and Thomas make this stay very nice. The food is very tasty and excellent value( we ate vegetarian) The gardens are full of well tended flowers and the rooms( in Adams lodge) are spacious but could do with a little makeover, but this is why the cost to stay is such good value . Saying that the rooms are very clean and the beds comfy with smooth sheets. Its about 10minutes drive outside Munnar in the hills. Very nice

The stay is located in a picturesque location, away from hustle bustle of town. The cottages are spacious and have an outside seating area. Garden and common area is very beautiful with a variety of flowers. The staff is very helpful and the food is very tasty. The approach road from Munnar town is very beautiful passing through the tea garden. Overall, this is a very nice property for someone looking to spend quality time in a peaceful environment.

We had an excellent stay. Thomas was very attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. All of the amenities were available as described. The food was made well. We would go there again if we travel to Munnar in the future.

Our stay at Olive Brook Resort in Munnar was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Thomas, the property managera true natureloving, downtoearth person whose hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The resort itself is surrounded by lush greenery and countless beautiful flowers, creating a charming and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and quick in their service, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Mornings at Olive Brook were especially enchantingfilled with the cheerful sounds of birds, fresh breezes, and breathtaking views of tea gardens and mountains. This place has carved a deep space in our hearts. The combination of natural beauty, heartfelt hospitality, and tranquil surroundings made our experience unforgettable. Olive Brook Resort is not just a stayits a soulful retreat, and leaving it felt truly difficult.

(Based on personal opinion)Though it's a 3 resort but I would like to give full rating because it has cleared all the parameters of a good resort/ cottage. Check in-out time is fixed =12:00noon to 11:00 am no matter at what time you reach. staff are polite and humble towards costumers. rooms and washroom are wide,clean, elegant. Safe for family without any worries Wi-Fi available menu are available to order foods within smoking prohibited Child friendly menu varieties of food available
