The resort is conveniently located close to major tourist attractions such as the pine forest, adventure park, thangal rocks and scenic meadows. The stay offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The rooms appear new, are well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We booked two roomsa Premium and a Deluxeboth of which were comfortable and well kept. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was enjoyable; during our visit, only buffet options were available, but the spread was decent and well worth the price. The only drawback of the property is the approach road, which is currently under construction. As a result, travel to the resort involves navigating through heavy dust and uneven surfaces. The mobile coverage is very weak around the area. We have to depend on the resorts wifi. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a serene setting

A truly serene mountain escape. Waking up to a breathtaking 270-degree mountain view felt unreal pure peace and fresh air all around. Sunrise and Sunset can be experienced from room itself. The staff was extremely warm and helpful, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The food was delicious and comforting, exactly what you want in a mountain retreat. The rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed honestly, just pack your bags and arrive, they take care of the rest. A perfect place to slow down and breathe.

We stayed at Olga Resort for the first time in Vagamon. The pool view and balcony view were wonderful. The staffs were great, very kind and patient. They prepared delicious food, and we received excellent service from Mr. Santhosh Kumar. I would especially like to thank the team for arranging the birthday cake upon my request. They arranged it late at night, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a very good experience at Olga Resort.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Olga Resorts, Vagamon. From the moment we arrived, the staff took excellent care of us and made us feel very comfortable. What really touched our hearts was their kindness and service. When we informed them that we had to vacate early in the morning, the staff unexpectedly prepared a food parcel for us at no extra cost. They packed cut fruits, eggs, and bread, which was such a thoughtful and caring gesture. This kind of customer care and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Every staff member was polite, supportive, and service-oriented. We truly appreciate this level of service and highly recommend Olga Resorts to anyone visiting Vagamon. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

We were actually in two minds after reading a few negative Google reviews, but we still went ahead and booked Olga Hills Resort, Vagamon and were glad we did! We were a group of 18+ members and booked 6 rooms (both Deluxe and Premium). The stay was really good overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy for our big group to relax and enjoy. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay we truly had a proper Poolcation! Everyone in our group enjoyed it thoroughly. Food was okay. Theres room for improvement in terms of spread and taste. We also felt that offering a complimentary evening tea with a small snack or cookie would add great value to the overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and created some beautiful memories together. Thank you to the team at Olga Hills Resort!
