What an amazing stay! From the delicious food to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our experience truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for looking after us so warmly and making us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Our stay at Olga Resort Munnar was a truly memorable and relaxing experience. The resort is beautifully located, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the mist-covered hills and lush green valleys. The infinity pool was one of the main highlights, giving a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the scenic beauty. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The food was decent with a good variety of dishes that suited different tastes. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a peaceful and refreshing holiday experience in Munnar.

Our stay at the resort in Vagamon was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. The first thing that stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The property itself was very well maintained. The rooms, common areas, and surroundings were spotlessly clean, reflecting a high standard of care and professionalism. It was clear that neatness and hygiene are given top priority here, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Surrounded by the beautiful greenery of Vagamon, the peaceful atmosphere combined with such great service made this trip special. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and friendly place to stay.

I stayed with my family of 6 members which includes 2 kids and 2 senior citizens. I have visited many places and stayed in many resorts. But this resorts our stay was not comfortable. The food also in their restaurant is very average. I have booked my package on APAl, but they are not willing to serve tea and snacks at free of cost on a day we missed our lunch. House keeping is very bad. I booked for 4 nights but I broke my trip to 3 nights and retuned back by paying a day charge for one of the cottages where we stayed, which was not at all fair. But I was happy to come out of the resort even incurring a loss. Cottages are full of damp and floors are always wet because of the mist. When we informed the housekeeping they told it's common and they are not at all willing to clean / wipe the floors. I struggled to stay in the cottage with 2 kids. If anyone really wants to enjoy a comfortable stay and good food and expect a 4 star hospitality (they told that the property is 4 star at the time of booking) please think many times before booking this resort.

We recently stayed at Olga Hills Resort in Vagamon and had a wonderful experience. The location is spectacular, offering breathtaking scenery directly from the rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, providing excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A truly peaceful getaway. My only suggestion is to maintain these high standards of service and cleanliness to ensure this new property remains a top choice in Vagamon. Highly
