It was a pleasure staying in this place.. if you want to stay on the beach with family, i would recommend this place. 1. Service is awesome. 2. Food is awesome, especially sea food. 3. Hospitality is awesome. 4. Rooms are very good and clean. 5. Power backup and WiFi is a plus. 6. Caretaker Noel and his family is very friendly. 7. Safety part is too good. 8. Very nice ambience. 9. They do all this with a smiling face. 10. Highly recommend if you want to experience a good home stay and home food.

It was a pleasure staying in this place.. it was like visit g an extended family with a beach view. Noel was sooper supportive and helped us to ven book a house boat. I was a doing a road trip and car was dirty by the time we reached there, I washed my car in the lawn for the 3nct destination. 1. Service is awesome, always available on a call. 2. Very friendly people 2. Home cooked food is awesome, especially sea food. 3. Hospitality is awesome. 4. Rooms are very good and clean. 5. Power backup and WiFi is a plus. 6. Noel and his family is sooper supportive. 7. Safety part is too good. 10. Highly recommend if you want to experience a good home stay and home food and feel living with extended family.

I chose this place based on positive review mentioned below but you people don't repeat the same mistake. I'm not sure about the existing review but my experience staying at this place was worst. I would strongly advise against staying at this place. The person running it, a boy named Noel, seems to be running a scam. He will try to be a good host but he is not The property is near a beach, but the beach is disappointing. There are no waves, and the sand has a strange black color. It's not a place you'd want to spend time at, as there’s hardly anyone around. The room is tiny—once you enter, it feels like there’s no space at all. There's no Wi-Fi available, which makes the stay even more inconvenient. Noel will pressure you to rent his scooter. He won’t mention the rent upfront; he'll only talk about fuel costs. When you use the scooter, he’ll charge you ?600 for 6 hours plus the fuel charge. He also owns a boat and will insist that you book a boating trip through him. He won't inform you that he’s the one running the boat. You'll be charged extra for this. For example, I paid ?2,000 for a 2-hour boat ride, while the actual cost should’ve been just ?700. He also threatens to charge ?1,000 if there’s even a small mark on the bedsheet.

Location was so good. Rooms are tidy and the location is just near to 100 meters from the beach. And last but not least, Noel’s hospitality is very good.

Awesome beach side homestay. With natural beauty all around with a loving family as our host. Highly recommend to everyone.
