We are a family of 10 ppl and came from Tamil Nadu with no friends are relatives in allepey. We made all arrangements through watsapp only . But Mr.Noel and his son made our stay very comfortable. They very helpful and responsive. Their hospitality was so good . Welcomed us with smiling face which made us feel like our own home . The food was very good and more than sufficient. Rooms very clean and spacious as well . Very safe place for anyone new to allepey . We highly recommend this place . Thanks

This place is a fraud. There are 4 rooms where 2 are of mentioned dimensions as per online booking sites but 2 other rooms are half the dimensions and wrongful information is mentioned on the site. There is nothing in these 2 rooms. I paid the owner Noel 1000/- more, forfeit my room rent, forefeit complimentary breakfast just for him to show me an alternative homestay of his acquaintance. This place is highly transactional and ur vacation time and mood spoiler. Instead in the same lane there are much better accommodations if you explore. The booking broker makemytrip also did not help much and I lost 5 hours negotiating and finding a different place. Imagine this happening to you when you are in vacation. The image on website which I am posting says 225sqft with sofa, tv, closet, chair and God knows what not; it's all hoax and there is nothing. The room is 5x5 tiles of 2 ft each. Absolute dud. Fraud place beware. All the reviews and ratings are hyped and false, see the pics I have posted and decide for yourself. Just money oriented transactional place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Noels Beach Homestay with our family, and it was an absolute delight! The homestay is perfectly located near the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning, which offered a lovely blend of local flavors. The hosts were also happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly impressed us was the homestay's attention to detail and commitment to making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The stay was decent enough for 1 or 2 days vacation the location is right in front of beach which a +++point A relaxed peaceful beach environment neat and clean beach. Coming to food Swiggy and zomato option is available so need not worry about food. Location is accessible by private vechile and also auto Rickshaw the owner provides 2 wheeler with charger of 600 per day without fuel which is decent amount. Coming to anneminte don't expect like a proper hotel this is a homestay so they dnt provide toiletry and other items. Room was clean and neat especially the bathroom was quite big enough then excepted. The room was bit overpriced I felt during off season also as this property is just a home stay and not star rated hotel with ammenties. Only drawback was power shortage on and off and there was some electricity shortage probelm which should be addressed. Follow the homestay guidance which as travellers we should be responsible for because it's there property and we can't take it for granted.
