I visited the resort on a weekday in February, during a less crowded period. Even at that time, the staff treated us very politely and took good care of us throughout our stay. The personality and behavior of the staff were excellent, and both the reception and restaurant teams were courteous and well-mannered. The resort truly feels like it is located inside a forest. At the time of entry, you need to travel around 600 meters off-road through the forest to reach the property. The resort is mainly set within a coffee plantation, and they have maintained the trees well to create a cool climate and a pleasant ambiance. The buildings and individual cottages are well maintained and offer good facilities, including a swimming pool, play area, and kids play area. The food was decentnot outstanding, but satisfactory for me. The restaurant staff were polite and served us well. However, I felt the tea could be improved. Activities such as the nature walk need a bit more professionalism. There should be a proper explanation beforehand about the route, as the walk goes through the forest and passes a private property with a steep mountain, giving a small trekking experience. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable at Vythiri Mist Resort.

The location is nestled deep in the forest(1km off-road drive to the location), and the staff were incredibly sweet! Albin(who took special care to cater to our needs), Rajan, Anjal( masseuse..dont miss the spa), and the ladies (sorry, not catching all the names) were so welcoming, it felt like home . The place itself is stunning - don't miss the morning trek to the tea estates, the views are breathtaking! Surrounded by nature's sounds, and the trek to the nearby stream is quite an adventure. One thing, though - the food could be better. Would love to come back any day for the hospitality and scenery! Kudos to the entire staff , you guys enhance the stay experience

We had the pleasure of spending three nights at this lovely property, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere is warm, serene, and perfect for a couples getaway. What truly sets this place apart is the people. Every team member we interacted with whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, around the gardens, or during room service displayed genuine hospitality and attentiveness. It never felt mechanical; it felt heartfelt. We had a few personal requests during our stay, and each one was handled promptly and gracefully, without the slightest hesitation. That level of care made us feel valued rather than just like guests passing through. A heartfelt thank you to GM Renju for the thoughtful leadership, FOM Albin for the seamless coordination, and Chef Prashant along with his culinary team for the delicious meals and personalized attention. Their collective effort truly elevated our entire experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was consistently outstanding, and the location offered both convenience and a peaceful escape. Everything felt well-organized, yet relaxed and intimate at the same time. If youre looking for a romantic stay where hospitality is genuine and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, this property is a wonderful choice. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return again.

A serene and peaceful getaway from the city life hustle. Service is really great and so are the well maintained rooms. Food options are good for la carte, although, they can get more options for the buffet. All in all, a wonderful experience

A beautiful and very well maintained property with thoughtfully designed rooms and spotless washrooms. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which offers a great variety of interesting dishes. The staff is extremely warm, hospitable, and helpful. The morning nature hike is a highlight and takes you through a lovely tea estate and along a stream. Reaching the property by car can be slightly challenging due to the off road approach, and the pool is not very usable. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay surrounded by nature. Highly recommended.
