Overall location and stay quality is good, staff is know hindi very well so easy to communicate. Owner is not so friendly, may be this is our experience others feel different.

Our experience at The Nest Resort was extremely disappointing. On the very first day of our stay, we found that the rooms door lock was broken, and the door could only be secured with a small hook. When we reported this to the staff and manager, they responded very rudely and told us the lock had been broken for four years and no one had complained before. This is a serious security issue, especially for women staying alone or for multiple days. Basic amenities were also missingno towels, no water bottles, and no proper shower head. Hot water was available only for a limited time. We were never informed that the resort does not provide lunch or dinner. When we approached the staff for dinner arrangements, one of them told us that because we complained about the lock and were unhappy with the room, they did not like our behaviour and therefore refused to help us. Overall, the staffs behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and the facilities were far below basic expectations. I strongly advise future guests to double-check everything before booking this place.

The best of Munnar trip was Nest resorts where we had a peaceful and heavenly stay. Services were good. The morning scenic view from the room was awesome..It's situated roadside. But had a quiet nature friendly experience.

Rooms are cheap and it's not available online. Rooms size is large 1 elder person from room service was very rude other 2 guys helpful Location is nice try to get highest floor
