This is a decent, basic place to stay. The room and bathroom were clean, which was appreciated. However, there were several notable drawbacks: the blanket was not clean, and there were no dustbins in the room or the adjacent seating area. The biggest inconvenience was the checkin process. As the host does not live on site and there is no staffed reception, I had to call and wait outside for 30 minutes to be let in. Potential guests should be prepared for this delay.

The stay was simple and homely. Super clean room, bed and toilets. Walkable distance from the old bus depot in Kalpetta. The host helped us plan our day itinerary from sightseeing, food places and also for banana chips shopping. The rooms were very affordable, we stayed for 4 night there.

The place is simply amazing. The charge is very nominal and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are very big and clean as well. Mr Jerry the owner is a very jolly & approachable person. It is close to the main road and you can get Zomato delivery as well. Mr Jerry gave us the itinerary as well as got us in contact with a great driver which made our trip surreal. He was very welcoming and went above and beyond for us by letting us stay 4hrs longer till our bus arrived which no other hotel would have allowed. Will definitely book this place again and share it with my friends and family.

A really good place to stay at a really affordable cost. Clean rooms and washrooms. The owner is a really friendly person. I had a really pleasant stay here with my friends. The place is around 400m from the main road thus making it a great location without any disturbance. Do give the owner a call if you got any queries. Overall, I had a really great time here.

Great place to stay budget friendly as well. Washroom's are neat, Balcony awesome. Overall great experience to stay. Thank you to the owner for being too humble.
