We had an amazing stay at this 4BHK property in Kajanappara. The property is beautifully renovated and easily accessible, with total privacy as there are no houses nearby. The back of the property opens to a serene cardamom plantation and a forest area, and we were greeted by misty mornings that made the experience even more magical. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, perfect for cooking meals during the stay. There’s also a great spot for a campfire, which added to the overall charm of the place. The hosts were extremely prompt and accommodating, ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable. We would suggest this property for both family and friends. Do note, since the property is in a more rural area, it's a good idea to stock up on groceries and essentials before checking in. However, the DAIZ delivery app or a quick call to them can sort out any last-minute needs, including snacks, groceries, or meals. Overall, it was a great experience, and with the recent management change, everything felt well-managed and new. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape!

We had a regrettable experience with the villa we booked for our vacation. The condition of the rooms and kitchen was subpar, with cracked walls and poorly maintained interiors. The kitchen utensils were old, unhygienic, and insufficient. Upon contacting the owner regarding these issues, we were met with argumentation, with the owner suggesting that we vacate if dissatisfied. This exchange left us disheartened and frustrated. Despite meticulously planning our vacation for the past three months, we were left feeling uncomfortable upon reaching our destination, solely due to our erroneous choice of this villa.

Disappointing Stay at Nature’s Touch Munnar: Unhygienic Conditions, Uncooperative Host, and Inadequate Facilities My recent three-day stay at Nature’s Touch Munnar, booked through Airbnb and hosted by Mr. Aneesh, was nothing short of disappointing. From the onset, our experience was riddled with numerous issues that detracted from what was supposed to be a pleasant getaway with friends. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the kitchen, advertised as well-equipped, was devoid of any essentials as described on the site. Despite promptly contacting Mr. Aneesh regarding this discrepancy, his response was incredibly uncooperative. Instead of attempting to address the issue or offer a solution, he callously suggested that we cancel our reservation and vacate the premises if we were dissatisfied. This lack of hospitality and unwillingness to rectify the situation was deeply disheartening, especially considering the anticipation of reuniting with friends after a prolonged absence from my hometown. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the homestay was appalling. The property appeared neglected and poorly maintained, with dirt and grime evident in various areas. Requests for clean towels were blatantly ignored, further exacerbating our discomfort and dissatisfaction. One particularly concerning aspect was the presence of numerous dogs in the vicinity, resulting in their excrement being scattered around the premises. This not only posed a health hazard but also contributed to the overall unpleasant atmosphere of the homestay. Additionally, the inconvenience of having to manually switch on the water pump when the water tank ran dry was unexpected and indicative of inadequate facilities and maintenance. In summary, my experience at Nature’s Touch Munnar was marred by unhygienic conditions, an uncooperative host, and inadequate facilities. I would strongly advise against booking this homestay to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Munnar. The lack of professionalism and disregard for guest satisfaction exhibited by the host tarnished what should have been a memorable getaway with friends.

Doesn't attend calls after confirming the stay. I paid full amount while booking. We reached the location in the night and kept calling the owner Mr Aneesh for the key . He didn't have the minimum courtesy to attend the call. We had to look for another room in the middle of the night. Don't do business if you don't know how to handle it. I don't recommend it to anyone. Worst experience till date. Also dont fall for the pictures you see here. Its just an old building.
