Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The ambiance is truly pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. What makes the place even more special is the breathtaking scenic beauty surrounding the property it creates a perfect atmosphere to unwind and enjoy nature. The service deserves a special mention. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious with great quality and variety, which added even more to the overall experience. Overall, it is definitely more than worth the money. A perfect place to stay for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Visited Munnar from Tamil Nadu with my family and stayed at Nature Harmony Resort. The rooms and service were very good and comfortable. The best part of the stay was the peaceful riverside location surrounded by trees, which gives a calm and relaxing feeling away from city life. We really enjoyed the natural atmosphere and had a happy stay.

We were so lucky to meet Amal who helped us find this place and it was above and beyond our expectations. Amal and Ashwin were very welcoming with pleasant interaction. We really loved the place which was just beside a river. One can relieve stress with the water flowing sound and birds chirping. Breakfast served was really tasty and good. If someone is planning to stay in Munnar this is the place to stay instead of staying in Munnar centre which is clogged with people and disturbance. I would recommend nature lovers to definitely try this place

I had a bad experience with this place. I went with my family and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had shared my feedback with Mr Amal who runs this place but he gave a defensive reply and ignored my further messages, hence this review. The only thing we found as good was the location and peaceful atmosphere. Here's what went wrong. - Bathroom was not clean - One room did not even have cupboard to keep clothes - Dirty water in the pool - Waste not cleaned regularly in open area. I saw a dog eating from the bin (which was more than full) kept in common sitting area and they still didn't clean it. - They arranged a jeep ride, which did not go off-road. The driver was not friendly at all and asked for more money. The caretaker settled it later but the experience was very bad. The jeep ride itself is a scam as most of the places can be visited by car. - Mr Amal promised to arrange breakfast for us but he wasn't available in the morning. Caretaker went to few restaurants nearby only to tell us all are closed due to Good Friday. - The road leading to this property is under construction now, which isn't their fault but they would not provide any instructions beforehand to reach the place anyway. Overall, we felt that the staff/management lacked responsibility and attention to detail in running this place, which makes it a very bad experience.
