My stay for munnar here was great.very nice decent clean stay.Bathroom is very clean. Every basic needs are there.eg- hot water, blankets ,clean beds ,food(order and pay) and bornfire. The rooms are aesthetic cute and clean. The balcony view is insanely beautiful. A little guidance is needed to reach the location but the place is nice and the caretaker is very sweet and polite. He will make sure whatever you ask for which they can provide he will provide , he is very sweet. Note- Just ask for the owner to share there location before coming and follow it.

Good for view and distant location. Rooms can be kept more clean and should be maintained proper. Reaching this location is adventurous, need to go in a jeep on a steep road. Night time you cannot go out as it is pure jungle without any lights. Go only if above things are ok with you.

Early morning (6AM-6:30AM) views were very beautiful from the balconies. Shiva Anna was very gentle and helpful in finding us the address of the place and auto fares.

Cons: Rooms were unclean, the wooden wall panels were rotting, bugs, leeches etc.. were spotted in the room, no room service, no restaurant, no food / beverages available at the hotel, the building is in dilapidated condition, the stairs were creeky, no hot water in some rooms, broken/old furniture, steep/uneven pathway to the mainroad, private vehicles cannot go in that pathway, hotel provides jeep service which is not less than a rollercoaster ride, no street light along the pathway, overpriced, rooms are not stayable, we had to stay at the place as we have paid the full amount in advance otherwise we would have cancelled the rooms & stayed elsewhere even in the middle of the night. Pros: deluxe rooms have good balconies with nature view, building surrounded by nature, room has two glass walls, when curtains are opened, ample sunlight enters the room, good views from inside the room itself.

Stayed Here For 2 Days and the experience Was So good Rooms & bathroom were clean and neat and with hot water available 24hrs The owner was So humble and helpful he provided us tea for free for 2days and also helped us Booking a jeep safari in very cheap rate and also Helped in many other ways A Must stay place Rooms with a view was a steal deal
