We loved the place. When you visit some place, the behaviour of the people matters a lot. The behaviour of Manshad added charm to our trip. He tried every possible way to make us comfortable. Pros: 1. Room is good 2. Washroom is clean 3. Toiletries are provided 4. On request extra mattress along with pillow was provided, since the size of the bed was small for 3 people Cons: 1. No hot water and also sometimes no normal water as well. 2. You have call multiple time to hotel manager / owner to get the water started 3. Room is located 15 km from Munnar old town which is not mentioned clearly and this place is quite far and lot of traffic one has to face while going to Munnar. 4. You will find lot of black ant, cricket and small grasshopper inside the room welcoming you. Note: From this resort you will get a cab service as well, but if you want they will provide, they won't force you take the service, but would request not to take as the cab driver for sightseeing is sly and will only take you to the place where ticket is involved.

I feel it is my responsibility to warn others Mystique Resort is by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. Calling this place a resort is a complete joke. The rooms were filthy, the bedsheets looked used, the washrooms were disgusting, and the entire property felt neglected and unhygienic. There is no sense of cleanliness, no maintenance, and absolutely zero professionalism from the staff. From the moment I entered, everything felt dirty, chaotic, and uncomfortable. This place does not match the photos shown online those are clearly misleading. The reality is horrible. I genuinely regret booking this hotel, and it completely ruined my trip experience. I strongly advise everyone: do NOT book this hotel under any circumstances. Save your money, save your time, and definitely save yourself from this nightmare of a stay.

The hotel staff were very good and friendly. The breakfast was also tasty and unlimited water bottle.Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
