I recently enjoyed a wonderful two-day stay at a beautiful resort in Munnar, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. The ambience was peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The balcony views were absolutely stunning and added so much charm to our stay. The resort offers excellent amenities, including a well-maintained swimming pool and engaging games, which made our time even more enjoyable. The staff, overall, were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. However, what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Kiran, the General Manager. His warm, caring, and highly supportive nature left a lasting impression on all of us. We were a group of 14 people with multiple plans and requests, yet he ensured everything was handled seamlessly and without any hassle. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Kiran for going above and beyond in helping us celebrate my parents anniversary. The decor and thoughtful arrangements were beautifully done, making the occasion incredibly special and unforgettable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed, and memorable stay in Munnar, made even better by the outstanding leadership and hospitality of Mr. Kiran.

We had a wonderful stay at Munnar Ice Cloud Resort. The property is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Sabith, who was very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. Truly thankful for the excellent support and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Munnar!

Ice Cloud Resort, Munnar was a wonderful experience. The climate was very pleasant, making the stay extremely comfortable. The food was amazing with great taste and quality, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and refreshing. The resort is surrounded by lush forests and trees, offering a beautiful scenic view and a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Waking up to nature and fresh air was truly relaxing. I loved this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Munnar.

I absolutely loved my stay at Munnar Ice Cloud Resort . The Resort is just established very spacious & Rooms were very clean. Food was delicious. Everything was perfect from the smooth check-in to the friendly and good staff. The King Deluxe Room was clean, cozy and had everything I needed. Room service was quick, The resort truly earned my trust, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Munnar.

Had an amazing stay at the resort. Location is really mesmerising. Cherry on the top is the behaviour of the staff members. From the beginning you will be welcomed by Mr sabith who is really a good host and then other staff members who are highly professional.
