It was nice to be there. The rooms are very good, neat and clean. I personally found the bathrooms to be very luxurious ????. Beside the staff was too good. They are very co operative and gave us a really good hospitality. We actually experienced a luxurious visit there. And the view is also very refreshing. I will suggest everyone this resort if you are planning a trip to Munnar.

The cottages are really awesome. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of nature. If you love nature you should definitely book your room here. Places like safari ride and chocolate factory is easily accessible from this location. The staff here is very humble and helpful. During our stay we did mot find any difficulty. The stay was good with good food and service. One should definitely book their stay here if planning to visit Kerala.

The hotel facilities are good with respect to guests, but my 3 star rating are for the facilities provided to the accompanying drivers. Food is not provided to drivers and also bathroom facility is not so clean for them. Also, hot water services are not provided to drivers. If hotel facilities are so great for the guests, they should be up to the mark for the drivers as well, as they will get more guests to you based on their experience. Please provide basic human requirements for drivers too. Otherwise the accommodation facility is great from a guest's perspective. Thank you.

Room is spacious and service is really good. Food is decent enough and place is very private and swimming pool is available which is really good. Only drawback is the hotel located in very interior from city. Plan to come to hotel before 5PM as the route is very confusing & lonely and the roads are not that good. One suggestion to the hotel is to change the bedcovers and pillow covers. Those are looking very old and dirty. The bed is also not that comfortable. Please check those and change them.

Cottage room is awesome super spacious. Deluxe room is just an average so Not recommended for families. Food items are limited but nice and tasty. Breakfast is veg buffet with just two dishes. Location is 15km appx far from Munnar town. Pool was not open. It Seems Never maintained at all. Cottage rooms are only recommendable. It’s a basic budget resort.
