Very poor room service and Bad room maintenance washbasin water not coming, TV not working, Hot Water Tap not working. If u ask extra bed need to pay 500. Beware before booking like this type of Cottages.

Do not be fooled by the hotels location in the city center thats the only thing going for it. The room was a complete disappointment: no basic amenities, no effort to provide comfort, and worst of all, no hot water. How can a hotel in this day and age fail to provide something so fundamental? Its clear they rely on their address to lure guests but deliver the bare minimum once youre inside. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere that actually values its customers.

Booked 2 rooms, in that 1 room no hot water. Asked owner, he says like not provide hot water for budget room, if u want u can check out now but no refund. Even booking time says no refund. No privacy, see pic. Ppl drunk in the commen area and bottle pieces in the floor. glass pieces hurt my daughter leg and bleed. They says simply sorry. Tv won't work.

Worst customer service. The Servant said hot water and TV facilities available. But set top box not recharged and heater was switched on after N number of requests to the owner. Worst experience. I won't suggest this cottage for anyone.

The room here is very bad.No hot water.There is no place to even park the car.There is no privacy in the room.Room and service is very Bad.Room Rent is very high.
