I had an amazing experience at Mountainmist Holidays in Ramakkalmedu! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and friendly hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cottages were cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful natural views. The off-road jeep services were thrilling and gave us an incredible adventure through the scenic landscapes. We also enjoyed the campfire in the evening, which added to the whole relaxing and fun vibe of the place. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of local dishes, and everything was prepared fresh. Whether it was the adventure activities like trekking or simply sitting back and enjoying the serene surroundings, this place has it all.

Rooms were ok but the service was not there they don't even arrange water in rooms and they do have the arrangement for food and all and we had food from there it was kind of ok food but some of our friends got insects from food. We did ask for water but the reply was no and asked us to buy this was our first time to ramakkalmedu and this is the only worst experience we got from that place.

Nice ambiance and atmosphere. The price was reasonable, and the location was easy to access all tourist places. The staff spoke politely. The only disadvantage is that there is no restaurant inside the cottage, but nearby hotels are available within just walking distance. If you order food beforehand, they can provide it, but the taste was not good.

The spot is eco friendly. But the room service was terrible and annoying. Good cottage. But not cleanly maintained. Much dust and dirt was there. Need more trained and qualified staff who know how to treat customers and behave with them. Otherwise good ambience and price worthy place.
