Worst experience. I have booked rooms at this Mount Castle for Nine persons. There was no body to open When we reached there. Rooms were filled with a very bad smell of fungus. We contacted the owner but they were very indifferent in response. We cancelled the booking before checking in due to this issue so that our children were very uncomfortable in the room. We asked for an advance refund but they refused the refund and there were no care takers at this place. Please don't go there if possible.

We booked this homestay through online. We were 15 people. We thought that the whole property would be provided for us, but there were other people staying in this. We stayed in 4 double rooms and 1 family room. The double rooms were not very spacious. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Hot water was not available most of the time. Many basic amenities were not provided in the rooms. The only thing we liked was the service provided by the caretaker here. He arranged the foods for us and helped us.

Kindly avoid booking these rooms, as soon as you check in they will collect the full amount and the care taker will disappear. We were not provided basic amenities like hot water, dustbin and drinking water, when asked he just told will get you, after that his mobile was switched off never to be seen until we check out. Only the location is good.

Very bad place . Please avoid if possible. The rooms were full of dust of fungus and was disgusting. The bathrooms were not clean and overall it was not in a good condition.
