Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with all modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The food was a highlight fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a wide variety to choose from. Truly a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend for both comfort and great dining!

PROS: Good stay...Its far from munnar. But it is in Mankulam which is a very beautiful village. Lot of falls and adventure parks nearby..Anakulam which is a great place to spot wild elephants is nearby. CONS: THE ROAD TO THE RESORT IS STEEP RESTAURANT SHOULD PROVIDE FOOD ON DEMAND BUT ONLY COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE. THEY SHOULD OPERATE THEIR RESTAURANT REGULARLY VERY NICE RESORT FOR ADVENTURE LOVERS, OUR HELPER IS SO GOOD, ESPECIALLY Kopil. Hotel highlights Great view.

We recently stayed at Moonhill Farm Resorts, Mankulam with a large family group. The location is undeniably beautiful nestled among misty hills and lush greenery. With proper maintenance, this place could be magical. Unfortunately, that potential has been completely squandered. Despite confirming our booking over a month and a half in advance, the resort was in a shocking state of neglect. Every hut (not just ours) was filthy, full of cobwebs, spiders, ants, and lizards with stained and torn linen and grimy bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy and unclean. Even the premium AC room was poorly maintained. One pool was slimy with algae and derelict, the second pool (which we found later) had murky, untreated water. But, the resort did say they would chlorinate it if we needed to use it. To the staffs credit, especially Jitin/Jinesh and Kapil, they were extremely polite and helpful, doing their best within their very limited means. They helped with our luggage, tried to provide kettles and essentials when asked (there were only four kettles in total for 20 rooms), and they arranged a makeshift barbecue setup for us, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. The management, however, seems to have abandoned all upkeep and responsibility. A resort in such a location deserves better care and attention it has good bones, but in its current state, it is closer to a nightmare than a vacation. On the positive side, we appreciated that they refunded us for the second night when we decided to check out early. We genuinely hope the owners take feedback like this seriously, because this place could be truly special again, if only they cared. SM, still waiting for the brochure version to show up in real life.

Rooms are spacy but not well maintained. Service at worst because they have only 3 members to maintain this big resort. Power issue on the day we went because of genrator issue! Swimming pool water is good and nature! Main issue is not maintained properly. Not recommended to stay with family untill maintainance issue fixed.

Don't Trust photos we 28 people booked the resort and got an cemented pool without light and also rooms without light. Actually the area is large but they dont maintain it. There us only one person to manage that we guys exploring resorts over moonar over 5 years but this is the first thime to visit this type of resort , they can make it more beautiful by investing some money also the trekking they offer was nice and the final waterfall is amazing and the trekking itself only make the trip anything so kindy maintain the resort
