Personally this was a very terrible experience, me and my family had just arrived for my grandfather's 75th birthday to celebrate such a big occasion in a scenic spot. Upon arriving we realised that the resort was not as good as advertised often lacking in areas such as bathroom amenities. Terrible Experience... And ruined my family vacation! Our stay at hotel Moonhill was an absolute nightmare! I booked this hotel for 4 days from 22nd December 2024 to 25 December 2024 for celebrating my Father's 75th Birthday on 24 th December night and a family trip expecting comfort and quality, but we were greeted with disappointment at every turn. First, booking for the third day of my stay was unexpectedly canceled for what I feel were silly and unjustifiable reasons. The reason that the management was giving is there is a fight between the partners of the hotel and the so- called partners want to celebrate the Christmas. So they want the whole hotel to be vaccated. When i complainted this to the mananger he was manipulating the scean and giving excuses like the co partners of the hotel are planing to sell the hotel and all.. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress during my trip. A reliable and professional hotel should honor confirmed bookings and communicate transparently. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in both aspects. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a hassle-free stay. The so-called "family-friendly amenities" were a joke. The pool was dirty and unusable, and the kids' play area was poorly maintained and unsafe. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my family, but it turned into a stressful, unpleasant ordeal. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not worth your money or your peace of mind.....

Property ambience was extremely awsome. Staff support especially reception staff was really polite and supportive. Climate was extremely good. Natural pool was good. Cottage privacy and interior was good

Great resort secluded in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Don't miss the pool, it has such a great view and our care taker Jeethin was very hospitable and kind. Rooms were great and bathroom was just superb. Only drawback is there weren't much indoor activities such as TT, Archery, Darts etc. There was a badminton court but due to monsoon it wasn't maintained well, but other than that it was a great stay overall!!! Highly recommend for friends trip.
