Our experience at the resort was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not properly maintained and lacked basic hygiene. There was a strong unpleasant and musty smell, suggesting that the rooms had not been cleaned properly. We also noticed snails and insects inside both the bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The food availability and quality were also poor, and the food did not taste good. Another major issue was the lack of proper lighting around the property. After it became dark, we were unable to explore the property properly because there were very limited light sources. There was also no proper lighting near the pool, which was inconvenient and affected the overall experience. Overall, it was a very poor experience. We hope the management takes hygiene, cleanliness, food quality, and proper lighting more seriously and makes significant improvements.

We stayed as a group of 8 and booked 2 rooms. One room had no hot water, and the service was very poor. We had to ask for basic things like soap, towels, and even complimentary water bottles. Dinner was below standard, and even the curry provided was not sufficient. The property is poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting outside the rooms. The swimming pool was in terrible condition and clearly not maintained properly. The campfire area had no shelter, and despite being included in the package, we were not allowed to use it if it rained. The jeep safari was another disappointment highly overpriced and not worth it. Overall, very poor service and maintenance. Would not recommend this place.

Giving 1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Avoid this resort at all costs. The staff in charge of maintaining the property were incredibly rude, unprofessional. Even though we pre-ordered our food, they only served a portion of what was ordered, the quantities were tiny and the quality was terrible. Room service was awful and the overall property is severely neglected. But location was great but only concern is maintanence - very poor. Do not recommend it to anyone.

Decent stay. But they are using only small houses. There are few bigger one. In railny season avoid walking in grass or near plants because of leeches. They gave separate room for drivers with food as a compliment. Food is good and tasty. They have contacts for Jeep safari. Jeep will pick Directly from resort. Swimming pool cleaning is must in railny seasons too.

The worst experience you can get from entire MANGULAM They usually claim to provide 4 facilities in your room, 1. FOOD - The worst you can get from any resorts. 2. TV - You will have a tv in your room but it will not works as we know a dish tv needs a signal receiver. ( i will attach a photo) 3. HOT WATER - You will get a geyser but it will be damaged one which they will not get repaired. 4. WiFi - You will not get a single signal bar inside your room as they have the router only at their reception building. Morethan this free facilities u will get a untidy refrigerator and bathroom too... So guys think before u choose this trash.
