For room that costed more than 3k for a day, the room was small, No toiletries provided except for a tiny piece of soap for a family staying for 3 days. Basic things like soaps, small tooth paste, tooth brushes, towels need to be provided. No cupboards in the room to keep the bags. You will need to keep all your things in the floor.. The roof were leaking when rained however the staff helped to clean. The staffs were good and helpful. Food was good and homely. Overall the experience was Ok.

This stay has both merits and demerits. III share everything, Merits: 1. Reaching stay is easy. The road is in good condition and no steep. 2. They will prepare a food for us based on our need 3. They are very kind Demerits: 1. This stay has one private bedroom and common hall and kitchen. There is no TV in the bedroom. I don't know what is the concept of common TV, common Dinning, common sofa and common kitchen across all the stay. 2. No basic kitchen amenities are there like kettle, basic vessels etc. Even if we need hot water, we need to ask them. 3. TV is not working throughout our stay. 4. WiFi also not working. It's get disconnected frequently. 5. While booking, I ve mentioned we are 4 people (2adults and 2kids) but the bed is double size not king size. Only two adults can sleep relaxly. 6. In the hall, one of the window doesn't have a screen. So it is clearly visible from outside if we have opened our bedroom door in the night

The rooms were below average for the price. Curtains were dirty. Bathroom has no washbasin. No toiletries. The common room was pretty much useless. And the Wifi was not working. Work from home was not at all possible and jio network is not there in this area. Only good thing was view from the balcony (shared balcony)

Very conveniently located to all the tourist attractions of Vagamon. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. I enjoyed our stay at Moon Palace Vagamon with my family.

From the moment I arrived at Moon Palace Hill Stay, I was met with excellent service that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff was extremely cooperative and friendly. The room was comfortable, with a stunning view of the Vagamon mountains and all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring tidiness throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the dining experience. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations from the menu. Every meal was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. Overall, Moon Palace Hill Stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of superb service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings made for a memorable getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
