Disappointing stay poor service and maintenance Access & Parking:Narrow, steep approach. Large vehicles (tempo travellers) cannot park; only cars/bikes. Not informed in advance. Check-in & Communication:No room walkthrough; staff left immediately. Caretaker speaks only Hindi, causing communication issues. Cleanliness & Amenities:Dirty rooms/bathrooms with leeches, cockroaches, and insects inside the room. Extra beds were hard, uncomfortable, and left in the hallway. Missing pillows, bedsheets, blankets, water bottles, and toiletrieshad to call repeatedly for each item. Maintenance: Old rooms, rotten bathroom doors, damaged and dirty toilet seats, damp walls, bad smell, and confusing fan/light switches. Hot Water:No hot water on checkout day until requested; children bathed in ice cold water. Network : no mobile data available at this area , difficult to call the manager / caretaker ... They hardly ever come to ask anything. Finding them is difficult task . WI-FI available at hotel . Overall:Owner was responsive when contacted , but there was no preparation despite knowing our arrival. Property has potential only if these issues are fixed.

There were 15 of us and we stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights & had occupied 6 rooms. The Suite Room in the ground floor was terrible and the one on the first floor was decent but we had expected more. We had few challenges: 1. The Power would go out in the middle of the night. 2. There was no hot water and we had to fetch water from the other room to this room. 3. The bed on the cot was as hard as a rock and when we had asked for extra mattresses the bed, the bedsheets and the pillows reeked of some disgusting smell. 4. The fan would make some noises and it would disturb our sleep. The rates were however reasonable.

Excellent place Away from the traffic and rush of Munnar,Adimali and Anachal Excellent owners and staff Very cooperative Always helpful even in late hours Neat and clean rooms and surroundings No disturbances
