Booked 6 rooms for a big family stay. Poor communication about parking and transport caused unnecessary trouble and extra expense. Several rooms lacked water bottles, tea/coffee, and bathroom essentials. Cleanliness and lighting issues were also noticed. Breakfast was good. Overall experience was below expectations. 2/5.

Not ideal for large family groups. Access from the main road is difficult, especially for elders and kids. Transport and parking details were not clearly informed, causing our bus to get stuck and extra towing cost. Many basic amenities were missing. Breakfast was decent, but overall hospitality standards need improvement. 2/5.

We stayed at this hotel as a group of 20+ members, and the experience was below expectations. The road leading to the property was very narrow and unsuitable for a tourist bus. Although we were informed during booking that transportation would be provided if the bus could not enter, this was arranged only for elderly guests. The rest of us had to walk to the hotel carrying our luggage along with children. Our bus also got stuck on the way and had to be removed using a JCB, causing additional cost and inconvenience due to poor communication. Several rooms had stained bedsheets, and there were electricity and voltage issues during our stay. The dinner tasted good, but it was served only after multiple follow-ups. After raising our concerns, breakfast was served on time. A Bluetooth speaker was provided, and there were no restrictions on sound. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Below-average experience considering the price paid. The property is difficult to access, especially for elderly guests. Parking issues and repeated miscommunication from the management led to unnecessary additional expenses. There were several maintenance and service-related problems throughout the stay. Ongoing construction at the property further affected the experience. The management was rude during communications . Breakfast was just average. Overall, the stay was very disappointing. 1/5.
