    Booked 6 rooms for a big family stay. Poor communication about parking and transport caused unnecessary trouble and extra expense. Several rooms lacked water bottles, tea/coffee, and bathroom essentials. Cleanliness and lighting issues were also noticed. Breakfast was good. Overall experience was below expectations. 2/5.

    Disappointing stay considering the tariff. Parking limitations were not informed in advance, leading to a costly towing situation. Basic hospitality items were missing in some rooms. Dinner quality was good but poorly managed. Breakfast was better. Needs major improvement in communication.

    We would like to clarify a few points to accurately reflect our experience at the resort. The option of food being delivered We chose room service mainly because we were traveling with children and elderly family members. The restaurant is located uphill, and since no internal transportation was provided, repeatedly walking up and down was not practical or comfortable for our group. In fact, our own family members had to climb uphill to collect the food and then carry it back downhill to the rooms, which defeated the purpose of choosing room service for convenience. Regarding the JCB assistance, although it was arranged, we were required to pay an additional 5,000, which came as an unexpected expense and added to the inconvenience. We also faced frequent electricity issues during our stay. The power supply was inconsistent, with electricity going on and off and noticeable voltage fluctuations, affecting basic comfort and the use of electrical appliances. We understand and respect that this is a nature-based property with certain access limitations. However, clearer, more transparent, and consistent communication at the time of bookingespecially regarding vehicle access, internal transportation, electricity reliability, and possible additional costswould have helped us plan better and avoid many of the difficulties we faced. This review is shared honestly to reflect our experience and with the hope that future guests, particularly large families with children and elderly members, have a smoother and more comfortable stay.

    Overall experience was terrible and absolutely did not justify the tariff. The access road is pathetic and poorly maintained. Parking rules were confusing and badly managed. The rooms were in unacceptable conditionbedsheets had visible blood stains, several basic supplies were missing, and the heater was not working at all. On top of that, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, making the stay even more unpleasant. Hygiene, comfort, and basic hospitality were clearly not a priority here. The only redeeming factor was breakfast, which says a lot about how bad everything else was. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

    Stayed with a 20+ member family group (6 rooms booked a month in advance). The experience did not match the price charged. Poor road connectivity, unclear parking rules (only small vehicles allowed), and miscommunication led to 5,000 towing charges. Basic amenities like water bottles, toiletries, and clean linens were missing in some rooms. Dinner was delayed and staff response was rude. Breakfast was good. Overall rating: 2/5.
