The entire property and the ambience is below average only. And the service is very bad. The staffs in the property are not following the terms &conditions at all . We reached in the property around 6 pm to enjoy the pool but one of the staff put chemicals in the pool @ 5.00 pm even though the pool timing was 8am to 8 pm.Also food they served very late it took almost an hour.So we couldnt attend the camp fire .

Room was very super clean and luxury. Staffs are very humble and they provide a quick service. You can blindly book this place if you wish to stay peaceful

It was really good experience. Everything was perfectroom was neat and clean.outside view was also beautiful. The best part was food which was delicious. Everyone must visit there.

Everything was good. But food quality was not at par. Location 10/10 Value for money 8.5/10 Room10/10 Staff 10/10 Food 7/10 Buffet 8/10.

Three of four rooms either had no hot water or no cold water. My wife was burned when the cold water to the shower abruptly shut off. Another room smelled of urine and was clearly unacceptable. Trash was not taken out and management was unsympathetic towards addressing issues. The waitstaff at the restaurant were very sweet and went out of their way but the quality of the food itself is mediocre at best with much of the menu unavailable. Id choose any of the other many properties which were on the way to this not easy to get to resort.
