The resort has a beautiful ambience with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were courteous, helpful, and provided good service throughout our stay. However, the facilities need significant improvement. Even basic amenities like tissues were not provided, which was disappointing and affected the overall comfort. For the price and expectations, the resort should ensure that essential necessities are readily available. Overall, its a nice place to enjoy the surroundings and hospitality, but improving the basic facilities would make the experience much better.

We stayed at Misty Lake towards the end of May 2016. The location is away from Munnar and the hustle and traffic. It was a quiet place with cozy rooms. The staff were friendly. The breakfast menu was well thought. Being a secluded place, dinner at their own restaurant was necessary. The food was nice but the options were limited. It was a nice overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Misty Lake Resorts by Sylora Hotels. The service was really good, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable and pleasant throughout my stay. I absolutely loved the roomit was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere of the resort is something special. It feels calm, refreshing, and close to nature. One thing I truly appreciated is how eco-friendly the resort is. It feels like they genuinely care about protecting the environment. Walking around the property is such a peaceful experienceyou can see a variety of trees and plants all around, which makes the whole place feel cool and relaxing. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and nature-friendly stay.

My experience at Misty Lake Resort was memorable. Thanks to excellent Superior Rooms provided. Miss Aishwarya was kind and courteous and was helpful whenever we needed any service. Mr Rang Bahadur the Security Staff was helpful. Food was tasty. We had buffet breakfast and dinner. My kids enjoyed in the Pool. I will recommend Misty Lake resort to all coming to Munnar.

We had a very good stay, and the hospitality was excellent. Especially Mr. Melvin, who helped us a lot from start to end by arranging transportation and handling all our requests smoothly. The children really enjoyed the pool, and everyone had a great time at the campfire.
