Our group had a confirmed reservation made well in advance, and we traveled from Palakkad to Wayanad with my family, trusting that everything was in place. Only after reaching Wayanad did we learnthrough a phone callthat the resort would not honor our booking, citing internal maintenance problems. What made the situation worse was the total lack of communication beforehand. No warning, no backup plan that matched the quality promised, and no sense of accountability. We were simply told the booking was not valid. With a large group and children, this last-minute cancellation left us stranded. The alternative accommodation they arranged nearby was nowhere close to what we had booked or paid for, turning what should have been a relaxing trip into a stressful ordeal. This reflects extremely poor planning and disregard for guests. Based on our experience, we would strongly caution others against relying on this resort for their stay.

Just wonderful view of banasura dam, east facing, it's very beautiful to watch sunrise beyond the dam and hills. Rooms are cleaned but still they need some more improvement in maintenance which we feel, but according to the price everything was good enough. Staffs are with very friendly behaviour and service is also good. Food is good enough. Amazing place for photoshoot.

WARNING: Avoid this resort at all costs! We booked a room at this resort a month before and travelled all the way from our house at palakkad with a big group of 24 adults and 4 kids, expecting a relaxing stay. But when we reached Wayanad on the booking date and called to confirm, they shockingly said our booking wasn't valid due to 'maintenance' issues. No prior intimation, no alternative arrangements equal to better than the facility we expected - just a blunt denial. Such unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. We were left stranded with no other options and stayed in a near by resort they arranged which are not upto the expectations. Extremely disappointed and unhappy. Rating: 1/5

Ambience and Banasura Dam view : 5* Property is exactly at the edge of dam, providing a very good view. Banasura Dam boating and zipling is just 1-2 km approx from the property. Kids - friendly resort. Hospitality - very nice staff, always try to do the best they can. Room size- decent with AC, TV, hot water kettle in working condition. But other amneties needs more effort and attention. So, below are the suggestions : 1. Proper kettle should be used when delivering any kind hot beverage in the room. 2. In room -proper crocery should be provided when having an option to prepare tea and coffee. 3. Property view is good, but it needs more maintainance. 4. Breakfast - needs significant improvement. 5. Room should be ready before check-in time along with proper checks on each and every thing.
