If you are planning for a trip to Wayanad, I would strongly suggest you to take a look at this property. It is also budget friendly with no compromise in quality. We (group of 6 people) stayed there for 2 nights for our trip. The rooms are very clean and well maintained like a new one. Rest rooms are also very good. Hot water is available for shower ???? and that is working good (very much important in that weather). The property's owner Mr.Frank'D cruz was so kind to help us. An assistant is available there in case of any need. But, drinking water is not available there, you have to bring your own. Also this place is easily accessible from Chundale bus stop and it is located just opposite to the Meppadi road cut. The main tourist places are only 20 km in radius from here which is very good thing.

A great place to stay. You will certainly come to understand that the owner is one of the most friendly person you will have ever met in your life. The place is comfortable and very serene. I had a great time with my family.

We really had a pleasant stay at Maple Oaks. It was situated on the main road which made us to get food and fruits any time. The house was well maintained by Mr.Frank who is the owner of the property, thank you Frank for making the trip unforgettable.
