M3 Homes is one of the best Cottages located at Kunchithanny, Munnar. Property has a wonderful mountain view . Its located in town but doesn't have any disturbance of town. Families and Bachlores who like to stay in a peaceful location this is a suitable place for them. There are nearly 50 to 60 tourist spots in Munnar and many of them are nearby our property including Sengulam dam, Ponmudi Dam, Hanging bride, Kallimali viewpoint, etc.

Good rooms , clean but the room I stayed was not that really clean. Still it's ok

M3 homes is quite lovely with all necessary shops nearby and the room was clean with enough washrooms. We took the 7 bed room which was quite spacious as well and the host is very kind and helpful!

Stayed at the Illi Villa for a night and what a place it was!! The couple Mr &Mrs Mathews were so sweet and helpful! Must visit if you are looking for a tree home vibe stay (though it's a cabin amongst the trees)

Not as expected at all. Just in Kunchithanni town itself. If you expect just a room to stay at Kunchithanni which is not proper Munnar you can go for this. Rate also high for such a stay..no privacy and no much feel of highrange or no view

Awesome homestay. Host, Mr Mathews, was very helpful and polite. Rates were reasonable. Kitchen facility available for those who wants to cook their own food (additional charges). Campfire facility also available (additional charges). Recommended.
