I booked a room for one night at over 5,000, but the experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel were poor. Parking was not available at the hotel, and I was given a parking coupon for a location about 800 meters away. The area was crowded with stray dogs at night, and I narrowly escaped being bitten while walking back. Based on my experience, the positive ratings and reviews do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel and seem misleading. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unsafe experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

The experience at this hotel was completely disappointing and deeply unpleasant from the moment I walked in. The overall environment was shockingly unhygienic; tables and seating areas were left uncleaned, littered with used plates and leftover food scraps. A heavy, unpleasant odor combined with a severe problem with flies made it almost impossible to stay inside comfortably. The atmosphere itself was equally irritating and stressful. Deafening noise and chaos filled the space, turning what should have been a pleasant dining experience into an exhausting ordeal. To make matters worse, the staff showed a complete lack of basic courtesy or professionalism in their interactions with customers. The food served was of extremely poor quality and completely unpalatable. Places like this show a blatant disregard for both your hard-earned money and your health. My experience here was profoundly negative, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. Please do not waste your time or money by visiting this hotel at any cost.

0/5 for Service I stayed at this hotel last week with my family, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing because of the behavior of one staff member. Whenever I approached him for assistance or guidance, he responded in a rude and aggressive manner. Instead of helping guests professionally, he would raise his voice and speak disrespectfully. As a customer, I treated him with courtesy and respect, but that same respect was not returned. The situation became so uncomfortable that I seriously considered filing a police complaint. However, since I was traveling with my family and did not want to spoil our trip, I chose not to escalate the matter at that time and am instead sharing my experience through this review. I strongly urge the hotel management to address this issue and provide proper customer service training to the staff. No guest should feel intimidated or disrespected when simply asking for help. If this behavior continues, it will negatively affect the hotel's reputation and drive customers away. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future guests are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Extremely disappointing experience. The room was unclean, the washroom was poorly maintained, and basic amenities were either broken or missing. Staff response was slow and unprofessional. The property is heavily overpriced for the quality offered. Definitely not suitable for a comfortable stay.and if any one who's booked with breakfast please don't take they send to you another property for breakfast and they don't have any option in breakfast Olson pathetic stay ever we booked 1 day stay from agoda the room was very dirty and unhygienic .
