I have been a regular guest at Lumino Highrange, Munnar, for several years and have referred many friends, relatives, and travelers to this hotel whenever they planned a trip to Munnar. During my recent stay, my booking was from 24th May to 26th May. I understand that my checkout time was 11:00 AM and I returned to the hotel around 3:003:30 PM before immediately packing my belongings and leaving. The hotel staff informed me that I had to pay an additional 2,000. While I was willing to discuss the matter and request some consideration as a long-time customer, what disappointed me was not the charge itself but the way I was treated. The staff member spoke to me in a very rude, arrogant, and disrespectful manner. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he raised his voice and spoke aggressively, which led to an unpleasant experience. As a loyal customer who has stayed here multiple times and referred many guests over the years, I expected basic courtesy and respect. Eventually, I paid the amount, but I left the property feeling completely dissatisfied. Because of the behavior of this particular staff member, I have decided that I will no longer recommend this hotel to others, nor will I choose to stay here again in the future. I sincerely request the hotel owner or management to review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that guests are treated respectfully, especially loyal customers who have supported the property for years. It was absolutely worth the price. Everything was excellent, especially the hospitality. A special thanks to Krishnahis behavior was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Lumino High Range, for such a wonderful experience!

0/5 for Service I stayed at this hotel last week with my family, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing because of the behavior of one staff member. Whenever I approached him for assistance or guidance, he responded in a rude and aggressive manner. Instead of helping guests professionally, he would raise his voice and speak disrespectfully. As a customer, I treated him with courtesy and respect, but that same respect was not returned. The situation became so uncomfortable that I seriously considered filing a police complaint. However, since I was traveling with my family and did not want to spoil our trip, I chose not to escalate the matter at that time and am instead sharing my experience through this review. I strongly urge the hotel management to address this issue and provide proper customer service training to the staff. No guest should feel intimidated or disrespected when simply asking for help. If this behavior continues, it will negatively affect the hotel's reputation and drive customers away. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future guests are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Overall not good for family stay..... I stayed there for two days room charges 1500@per Day. Rooms are not worth it for even 1500/- Very less lightning, two light are unserviceable, tv is unserviceable. Rooms are not well maintained. Very dirty room condition. Toilet tap are leaking. Hot water supposed to be available in morning and evening but only 1time it was available for 1day only. Very poor maintenance. Roof leaking even in 15 minutes of rain. Parking on main road in open and if any one else is parking there vehicle even auto's you have to search for parking. By the side of our room they have given room to bachelors , they are shouting and enjoying till late night, not good for family stay. They need all payment in advance during check in. Not advisable to stay @family. Search for better options.

Dirty rooms in a terrible location. People were shouting till mid night and early morning. There was an external vendor knocking doors at 7am in the morning to sell coffee. There is no breakfast and onsite restaurant was closed. Dirty room, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets. Warm water only at certain times. Wifi not working most of the time. Avoid if you want basic hygiene and some peaceful rest.
