This is the worst ever hotel I have seen. It's just horrible to stay. I stayed for 2 days they don't even cleaned the room. They always excuse about lack of House keeping staffs. The photos which were uploaded in online websites are entirely different from the actual room conditions. No hot water in evening, only morning for few hrs it's available. Breakfast is just below average. No major variety is available only Idli, Bread Jam. Cleaning, Hygienic condition and Maintenance is which can't be described in words. If anyone wants to experience the hell in earth can visit the Hotel for the same.

I stayed in this hotel with my group of 20 members. Rooms are full of dampness. They provide hot water not before 6.30 a.m. very miser in providing drinking water. Manager and staff are not cooperative and they do not like to hear any complaint. Restaurant is very dirty. Dinner and breakfast quality and quantity was very bad poor. Over all it is very worst hotel. Being leader of my group I highly reject this kind of hotel for stay and dinner/breakfast

Rooms are avarage but affordable. Service was nice and available for 24 hours. Location near main market of munnar

Check in time is 12 pm we arrived around 12:20 but the room was not ready . First one guy mentioned just wait 5 minutes we waited again after 15 mins receptionist lady said just 5 minutes again we waited but unfortunately they give room around 13:00 hrs only and when she show us the room the room was not ready and she given other room it seems like that room was ready already then what is the reason for to keep us waiting in the lobby. I can understand it's a busy day but they should tell the correct timings like just 20-30 min if it is getting late that was a very pathetic hospitality. The second thing was before check in they should mention about the packages and payments but they didn't mention anything. When we were waiting at the lobby while that lady was taking check in she have mentioned wifi password hot water timings and for the billings in malyalam which I can understand a little bit. When she came to show us our room she didn't explain anything it was like partiality. After we checked in we saw the walls in the rooms are very dirty its looking like a ghost house. Tv is not working and the TV remote is in very poor condition like it broke in just a second if I touched the remote I've called reception for the tv at 16:45 they said 5 minutes but no one came very poor hospitality.......Lights in the room are dim and one of the light is not working.

Lumino hotel good service and good fecility mentioned one guy ashok his service is good. And rooms are good and well hygienic. Thankyou for your good service We will must visit again
