Our stay at this hotel in Munnar was one of the worst experiences weve ever had. The moment we entered the room, we were completely shocked it was dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The bedsheets and pillow covers looked used, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was a constant unpleasant smell in the room. The staff was completely unprofessional. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or basic customer service. What made things even worse was that the online photos and the reality were poles apart. The rooms shown online looked neat, beautiful, and spacious, but the actual ones were dirty, old, and badly maintained. It honestly felt like we were cheated. Overall, a horrible experience from start to finish. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise others to check reviews carefully before booking. There are many better options in Munnar dont waste your money and peace of mind here!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel LUMINO! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and professional. The location was perfect peaceful yet close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and Id definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel after seeing the photos on Google, which looked impressive. Unfortunately, the actual room was very different from what was shown online. There was a strong paint smell inside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable for our family. The washroom had a foul smell, and the cupboard was dirty, indicating poor cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, this property does not reflect its online presentation. We were disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this place, especially for families.

Check in time is 12 pm we arrived around 12:20 but the room was not ready . First one guy mentioned just wait 5 minutes we waited again after 15 mins receptionist lady said just 5 minutes again we waited but unfortunately they give room around 13:00 hrs only and when she show us the room the room was not ready and she given other room it seems like that room was ready already then what is the reason for to keep us waiting in the lobby. I can understand it's a busy day but they should tell the correct timings like just 20-30 min if it is getting late that was a very pathetic hospitality. The second thing was before check in they should mention about the packages and payments but they didn't mention anything. When we were waiting at the lobby while that lady was taking check in she have mentioned wifi password hot water timings and for the billings in malyalam which I can understand a little bit. When she came to show us our room she didn't explain anything it was like partiality. After we checked in we saw the walls in the rooms are very dirty its looking like a ghost house. Tv is not working and the TV remote is in very poor condition like it broke in just a second if I touched the remote I've called reception for the tv at 16:45 they said 5 minutes but no one came very poor hospitality.......Lights in the room are dim and one of the light is not working.
