We ended up staying at Lavender after a disaster with one of our Airbnb bookings and several disappointing checks at other places late in the evening. Thankfully, landing up here turned out to be a good decision. The person at the reception was very kind and patiently showed us all the available options. Since this was just for one night, we chose the rooms located above the reception. The rooms were quite decent, looked relatively new, and were clean and hygienic. They are compact, but perfectly fine for a short stay. They also have another property a 2BHK villa located about 150 meters from the reception, tucked inside the plantation. Theres a small balcony attached to our room, which looked absolutely lovely the next morning. Surrounded by dense forest, the area was very breezy and peaceful, and we really enjoyed the fresh air. They also arranged a pot of tea in the morning, which was much appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and reassuring stay when we really needed one.

Stayed here for one night with our cousins (family group of 6). The location is beautiful with scenic tea plantation and hill views. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean, and the common pool was very well-maintained. The pre-ordered food was tasty, though options were limited due to the ongoing cooking gas shortage. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Johnson chettan. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Recommended for families and small groups.

We hit up this spot for a day trip, and it was awesome. Inside the cottage, it's super chill and quiet. There's a pool, and we can even have our own campfire if we want. I think the location is amazing. Booking directly might be a bit cheaper than using other apps. We can ask for food in the cottage, and they'll make it for us. Just gotta pay a little extra.

We had a wonderful experience at this resort. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent throughout my stay, making everything comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for a getaway. Truly appreciate the effort put into making guests feel valued. Highly recommended!

Set in the middle of a tea estate, it offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere with swimming pool facility. Good breakfast especially puttu & poori with kadala curry & also lunch will be served in our cottage. Best stay for family & friends with reasonable price.
