We had an absolutely fantastic time staying here. The booking process was hassle-free. Visited as a group of 6 families including children of different ages but this destination is perfect for everyone and for all age groups. The place is situated in the lush green surroundings of the tea plantation with the awesome natural beauty of the hill. Kitchen is available but provision for cooking is not provided so we need to rely on their cafe which is a major drawback felt during the stay here as a big group. The staff is very cooperative and provides best services as per their capabilities.

It’s a serene retreat nestled amidst lush greenery and tea plantations. The property offers a calm and picturesque atmosphere, perfect for anyone seeking a getaway close to nature. Pros: • The surroundings are breathtaking, with views of the hills and well-maintained plantation areas. • Comfortable accommodations with a spacious veranda for enjoying the cool breeze. • The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Cons: • Unfortunately, the hot water supply was inconsistent. The solar water heater did not work during my stay, which was a drawback. Reliable 24-hour hot water availability would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The exceptional service stands out, but addressing the water heater issue would make it a perfect stay!

I had stayed in Lavender Vagamon with my family for a couple of days. The hospitality and overall experience was exceptional. We had a fabulous time and made some fantastic memories. The food was really good and we were well taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone making plans to visit Vagamon. Thank you Team Lavender for making our stay unforgettable. Me and my Family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lavender Vagamon, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Everything was great at this resort.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and recommend it for families, friends and every type of traveller. ????
