We visited this resort about a month ago, and our experience was so disappointing that it deserved less than one star. First of all, there was a serious safety issue. We were staying in the terrace room, and a man kept watching us through the windowliterally until 2:00 AM. There was absolutely no security or action taken. Secondly, the room we were given was completely different from what we had booked. Instead of the villa we expected, they gave us a room above the reception area, right in front of the staff accommodation and near the common bathroom, and claimed that it was the villa. The moment we saw the room, we were completely disappointed. Everything about the stay was poorfrom the food to something as basic as providing drinking water. The terrace access was another huge disappointment. It was covered in dust and litter and was in an extremely unhygienic condition. We repeatedly requested the staff to clean it, but they only came to clean it at around 11:00 PM. Overall, this was the worst resort experience weve ever had. I genuinely dont understand how this place has a 4.3-star rating. There are many much better resorts in Yercaud available at even lower prices. Please dont waste your money or your time by visiting this resort.

Our stay at the resort was mixed. While the overall service throughout the property felt limitedwith fewer staff available and slower response times for general requests than expectedthe restaurant was unable due to gas issue. I want to specifically mention Annakili and Regina from la four seasons for their exceptional service during our breakfast and lunch. Despite the resort being understaffed, they were both attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring our meals were served promptly and with a smile. Their hard work truly made our stay more enjoyable and covered for many of the resort's other service gaps.

Rooms are fantastic, but are non AC. Throughout the night the power kept going on and off. They have inverters for rooms, and the battery drained quickly. There was no power and only upon calling reception generator was switched on. This happened a few times during the night repeatedly. Barely caught anu sleep. It was raining that night, so it was actually cool, and opening windows could have helped us. But the windows have no mosquito meshes so insects and mosquitoes were a problem too. The restaurant complimentary breakfast wasn't served well, and crowd was too much. Food was just meh!!

I had a wonderful stay at LaFeliz! The food was absolutely delicious and truly added to the overall experience. One of the standout features of the property is its fantastic location and inviting ambiance. The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. They ensured everything was smooth and comfortable, which elevated the entire experience. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to Amsath, Prabhu ,Regina ,Chef Murthy and Anna Kili for making everything so easy and effortless! Thank you for being very welcoming Kathiravan.

The rooms are very spacious and come with a balconyeven the deluxe category feels totally worth it. The property is surrounded by lots of trees and has wooden flooring in parts, which makes the stay pleasant even during summer. However, the outdoor maintenance needs improvement. The swimming pool and games area are not well maintained. The restaurant experience was disappointingtoo crowded, poorly managed, and with limited food options. On the positive side, the spa was good. I tried the Kerala-style Ayurvedic massage, which was relaxing, and the staff were polite and did their best to handle everything well.
