Our experience at the resort was disappointing. The service was extremely slow we placed the dinner order 30 minutes in advance, yet it took almost three hours for all the dishes to be served. The campfire was arranged only after repeated follow-ups, which took away the enjoyment of the evening. The TV in the room was not connected to Wi-Fi, and the swimming pool was not clean. Overall, the staff did not seem attentive or proactive in addressing guest needs. With better management and quicker service, the stay could have been much more pleasant.

Our stay at La Feliz was not good. The hospitality was very poor. For food, they asked us to go to another sister restaurant nearby, but going up and down repeatedly felt tiring. At the sister restaurant, they arranged a buffet, but the food was not enough for all the guests. We literally had to wait before we could eat, which was very frustrating. We also ordered coffee, and it took more than 30 minutes to be served. The swimming pool was also not in good condition. It was not clean, and the water did not look clear or blue. They even asked us to clean the swimming pool ourselves. In the morning, when we ordered coffee again, they said they were not able to deliver it to the room. The rooms were also not clean, and there was a drainage smell coming from outside. Version 2 Our stay at La Feliz was disappointing. The hospitality was below expectations. For meals, we were asked to go to their sister restaurant nearby, but walking up and down repeatedly was tiring and inconvenient. At the restaurant, they arranged a buffet, but the food was insufficient for all the guests. We had to wait for food, which made the experience frustrating. Coffee service was also very slow, taking more than 30 minutes. The swimming pool was poorly maintained. It was not clean, and the water did not look fresh. We were also asked to clean the pool ourselves, which was unexpected. In the morning, when we requested coffee, they said room delivery was not possible. The rooms were not properly clean, and there was an unpleasant drainage smell outside.

Awesome experience...... Staff was very cooperative and kind Ambiance and balcony view is very nice Clean and relaxing place. Food quality is good Overall worth of every penny

Our stay at the resort was mixed. While the overall service throughout the property felt limitedwith fewer staff available and slower response times for general requests than expectedthe restaurant was unable due to gas issue. I want to specifically mention Annakili and Regina from la four seasons for their exceptional service during our breakfast and lunch. Despite the resort being understaffed, they were both attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring our meals were served promptly and with a smile. Their hard work truly made our stay more enjoyable and covered for many of the resort's other service gaps.

I had a wonderful stay at LaFeliz! The food was absolutely delicious and truly added to the overall experience. One of the standout features of the property is its fantastic location and inviting ambiance. The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. They ensured everything was smooth and comfortable, which elevated the entire experience. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and outstanding hospitality.
