Quiet and beautiful place. Spacious rooms and a view that makes them beautiful.staffs deserve special appreciation for providing delicious food and other facilities.

Booked their Suite Room on 15 October for 4 PAX, for Nov 22, 23 & 24. Ended up cancelling due to scheduling conflicts on 18 October. They still haven’t refunded the amount according to their cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is harsher compared to other properties. Despite multiple follow ups and being eligible for 25% of the amount, there hasn’t been any update so far. What kind of red tapeist nightmare are you people going through to initiate a refund? This is a cry for help despite multiple follow-ups. Terrible communication and this has entirely put us off the property as a whole.

It was a pleasant stay. Walkable distance from Tea estate. Staffs are polite and helpful. We stayed in double room Cottage. Rooms are little bit dirty and linens are stained. Apart from that the corridor, garden space are well maintained. Food is awesome.

A peaceful location for holidays. Far from chaos. Max you can stay there for 2 days. Nothing more to explore nearby than tea garden. Food and room service is just okay.

Situated approximately 30.min drive from KSRTC depot in Munnar. So it's not the best option if you want to visit all of Munnar's tourist attractions in a single day. Good for people or groups that wish to take their time and appreciate the calm and environment of Munnar without worrying about time constraints. A short walk from tea garden. Spacious rooms,require proper maintenance, there are cracks in the walls, and the sofas need proper attention.No provision for in door activities. Good food at a reasonable price
