We booked this resort for two nights and three days (30th & 31st) with the expectation of a peaceful stay and authentic Kerala-style cuisine, having travelled all the way from Bengaluru to Kerala for relaxation. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely distressing. After consuming food at the resort, my wife became seriously unwell with continuous loose motions and vomiting throughout the night. I too suffered from severe acidity. We strongly believe this was due to the chicken served during lunch. At dinner, I returned all the food and had only paratha. What added to our disappointment was that, despite being in Kerala, the restaurant team appeared to be from the North-East, and the food served did not reflect Kerala-style preparation. More importantly, even after clearly explaining our medical situation, the team failed to provide proper soft and easily digestible food, which is a basic expectation in such circumstances. Due to her worsening condition and a sleepless night, we were forced to cancel the remaining stay and rush to Mysuru for immediate medical attention. We had opted for the full meal plan based on the resorts recommendation, but poor food quality, lack of adaptability, and inadequate response to a guest health issue completely ruined the purpose of our visit. While the property and surroundings are scenic, food hygiene, guest care, and culinary authenticity require serious improvement. A holiday should offer comfort and carenot health issues and emergency travel. We hope the management treats this feedback seriously to ensure better safety and responsiveness for future guests.

We had a really beautiful stay at Karapuzha Village Resort with my family. Everything about the experience felt calm and satisfying. The food was very tasty and felt fresh, and the service was genuinely good and the staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. What I loved the most was the view from the room. It was peaceful, scenic, and perfect to just relax and enjoy the time with family. Overall, it was a happy and memorable family trip. Totally satisfied and would definitely recommend.

We were a group of 7 and had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely cooperative and always ready to help with any requests. Communication with the team was very easy and smooth. The ambience is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by birds and nature which makes the experience even more relaxing. The rooms and premises were very clean, fresh, and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very accommodating with special requests. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

The view from the location was quite serene and beautiful. The location was very peaceful. There were a lot of in-resort activities to do like play badminton, swimming, basketball court etc. There was also a fully equipped and hygienic indoor playroom. The food was also great. Suggestion: A small hike arranged by the staff around the nearby mountains Overall a very fun and calming experience.

I stayed at this resort for a few days recently. The property has an old, rustic charm, but it does feel quite outdated overall from the furniture to the general ambience.The food was very awesome and very tast.
