We had an amazing experience on this house boat. Jose, The excellent host, very polite, friendly and with intentions of providing memorable experience to the guests. The boat was quite new and very well designed to give the best experience. They provided us very good seating arrangements. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big enough, Super Clean and comfortable. The boat was traditional in style with the modern amenities. The staff was very polite and met all our requests with smiles. The best part was super tasty Lunch. Excellent Cook.. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thank You Very Much Team

The food is the best part of this stay. Really grateful for them accommodating vegans and the chef was incredible..and we asked for a few things the day before and they were able to make it possible. Thank you for that. We did have an issue with some small bugs in the bed. I should have raised it during the night but I told the manager the next morning. I didn't take a photo either which I can understand made it difficult for them to act upon and believe. It is expensive for £185 a night and I hoped that they would reduce this further due to our issue. They agreed £180 but in most cases the issue we experienced would not be acceptable anywhere else especially when you are charging a lot of money. It is a shame I felt not believed but I hope the issue gets resolved quickly. As apart from that the food and being able to relax was amazing.

Our stay on the houseboat was incredible! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The organization was flawless, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The boat itself was beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities. The food was a highlight. Authentic Kerala flavors, freshly prepared and delicious. A perfect way to experience the backwaters! Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back.

We had an amazing experience on this house boat. Both Anthony and Jose are excellent hosts, very polite, friendly and with intentions of providing memorable experience to the guests. The boat was quite new and very well designed to give the best experience. The upper deck is open on both sides to give the best views of the surrounding as well as enough shade to provide very good seating arrangements. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big enough and comfortable. The boat was traditional in style with the modern amenities. The staff was very polite and met all our requests with smiles. The best part was all 3 meals were super tasty. Ganesh is an excellent cook and made variety of vegetarian dishes. We also had a special morning boat ride for 1.5 hours to see rural life. Overall it was an amazing experience. If you are looking for best value for money call Anthony directly.

We stayed on Kalappura HouseBoat for two nights. It was a great experience. The staff are really nice and the food on the boat is amazing. They stopped at a fish market one day, we wanted to try some new fish they cooked it for us that evening. In addition, to a beautiful big dinner! This was one of our highlights. It was a super relaxing two days and loved seeing how the locals live on the Blackwater. The rooms on the boat are very comfortable.
