We had an amazing experience on this house boat. Jose, The excellent host, very polite, friendly and with intentions of providing memorable experience to the guests. The boat was quite new and very well designed to give the best experience. They provided us very good seating arrangements. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big enough, Super Clean and comfortable. The boat was traditional in style with the modern amenities. The staff was very polite and met all our requests with smiles. The best part was super tasty Lunch. Excellent Cook.. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thank You Very Much Team

We had an amazing experience on this house boat. Both Anthony and Jose are excellent hosts, very polite, friendly and with intentions of providing memorable experience to the guests. The boat was quite new and very well designed to give the best experience. The upper deck is open on both sides to give the best views of the surrounding as well as enough shade to provide very good seating arrangements. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big enough and comfortable. The boat was traditional in style with the modern amenities. The staff was very polite and met all our requests with smiles. The best part was all 3 meals were super tasty. Ganesh is an excellent cook and made variety of vegetarian dishes. We also had a special morning boat ride for 1.5 hours to see rural life. Overall it was an amazing experience. If you are looking for best value for money call Anthony directly.

Kalappura Homestay is a perfect place to stay! The room was spacious, very clean, with AC and a mosquito net. The host and his family are incredibly friendly and helpful, truly caring about making your stay unforgettable. The shared family dinner was especially delicious! The sunrise Backwater Tour on a small motorboat was absolutely amazing—we highly recommend it to everyone!

Our experience with Kalappura HomeStay & HouseBoats was absolutely amazing! The houseboat was beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The view of the backwaters was breathtaking, giving us a true sense of relaxation. The crew was incredibly hospitable and attentive, and the food served onboard was delicious – authentic Kerala cuisine full of flavor. Everything was perfectly organized, from check-in to the boat ride. This experience exceeded all our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable getaway! Definitely 5 stars.

We had an amazing time on this houseboat. The staff’s attention to detail was great and the food was delicious. The rooms are very nice too. They take care of everything. They also take you to the smaller backwaters which are really beautiful. Highly recommend!
