It was bad stay that I have ever experienced. Customer services is really aweful and dog peed in front of dinning area, this is not a suitable place for families. Their approach was very unsatisfied. they were not concerned about the customers. They ruined our trip and the day. So I kindly request to don't stay at kairali resort munnar with your families.

The worst place I have ever been...Owner is very arrogant.. He was not ready to provide the rooms because the money shown in oyo was not sufficient for him.. Had to wait more than an hour in freezing cold outside the resort that too with family.. We complained to oyo, still there were no use.. We had to fimd another hotel that night. Owner was literally abusing for money.. Never ever go for this hotel.

Amazing experience with Karali Munnar resorts and very good servicing and well support on trip perspective. Rooms and balcony hill view are awesome. Enjoyed a lot with Camp fire provided by Munnar management team and really superb. Thanks for your support Kairali Munnar resorts.

Never book this hotel, they are cheating. Am booked this hotel in oyorooms and reached there. But the room they have showned is entirely different from the images shown in site. The rooms are too old and cleaniness was very poor and toilet was also in bad condition. When i asked about this cheating, they simply told me to take another hotel and they have only this type of rooms.So i was forced to cancell the booking .so guys never book this hotel.
