Stayed here over a year back and finally found the time to review this amazing place. Jungle Beats was an easy choice with its cost and the value it offered. The tree house we booked was one of the cheaper options available but was compact and luxurious with all the amenities provided, including hot water. The surrounding areas are excellent for a morning/evening stroll, with rope bridges, wodde benches, and a stream nearby. The staff were very welcoming and they have a good selection of food items too, particularly the breakfast.

Extremely Disappointed I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The food service was dreadful—long waits for basic meals, and when the food finally arrived, it was either cold, bland, or completely underwhelming. The staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed, and there was a serious lack of communication. We tried to express our concerns, but the customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and honestly seemed to not care about resolving any issues. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize guest experience. This resort needs major improvements in both its food quality and customer service. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. I requested a refund over a month ago and have still not received any follow-up or resolution. Despite multiple attempts to contact the management team, there has been zero initiative to address my issue. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer service, and this lack of accountability is unacceptable. I had high hopes for a relaxing experience, but now I’m left frustrated and out of pocket. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Good location of resort, close to forest. Little hard to reach on car. Food is not great and a little delayed in service.
