Ecohouseboat has a great, convenient location in the city center. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. There is a magnificent green garden. The rooms in the hotel are cozy and very clean. The staff is friendly, welcoming, ready to do everything for a comfortable stay. The owner of the hotel organizes unique canoe village tours along the river by in non-touristic places, where it is quiet, picturesque and almost no one. I had a great time and extended my stay in this hotel for one more day. I recommend visiting this place. It was great!

I recently visited this place with my friends and was disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the premises, including the rooms and fans, was far below standard. The toilet door was in poor condition, failing to meet even basic expectations. Additionally, the toiletries, such as soap, and the bedsheets were subpar, with the bedsheets being torn and unacceptable for guest use. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this place for families or large groups. On a positive note, Johnson was very helpful and humble, providing excellent restaurant and popular place recommendations. However, it is essential that he focuses on maintaining the rooms and ensuring better facilities for guests to improve their overall experience.

"I had a fantastic stay at Johnson's Homestay in Alleppey! The location is excellent, just very near to the beautiful beach, and being in the center of Alleppey made it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. Highly recommend it!"

We had to change our booking due to illness from two nights to one and Johnson had no issues with this and was helpful in assisting. He is a super friendly guy and will be there for your needs. Room is definitely adequate for backpackers/travellers and cannot complain given the price

Loved staying at this beautiful and peaceful place. The homestay is at a walkable distance from the Alleppey beach and the market. Also, has great accessibility to other tourist places. Mr Johnson is a wonderful host, extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for people especially families visiting Aleppey :)
