Visited John's Village with a group of 10 adults and 3 kids. Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms, clean pool, outdoor areas to gather as a group, lots of parking space and easily accessible from Ernakulam. The food and service was excellent. They prepare the food at the location and do not just source it from a restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise given their extensive menu. Would definitely recommend this place to any groups looking to get together or for small events. The property could accommodate around 30 people overnight (and a much larger number for a day event).

We had an amazing experience at John's Village, where we celebrated my daughter's birthday party! The ambience was perfect for the occasion, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. They were incredibly helpful and ensured that every detail was taken care of. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, making our stay truly enjoyable. The party was a huge success, and we can't thank the team at John's Village enough for their hospitality. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful venue for their special occasions.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at John's Village and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like special. A special shout-out to Sujith at the front desk, who not only greeted us with a warm smile but also he was available every moment we call him. The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully landscaped garden, farms and pristine pool. Dining and lunch was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offers a fantastic selection of dishes, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. Every meal was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, our experience at John's Village was exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable. I can’t wait to return!

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The manager's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They failed to provide basic services, such as snacks, as promised. Additionally, we were asked to clean the entire room ourselves, which was unacceptable. The room had a persistent bad smell, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this property.
