Exceptional!!! We had a great time at Johns Village! Our group of 6 ladies had a wonderful overnight stay. Took a Dutch cottage, bunker bed which accomodates upto 9 people with a private pool... very safe. The food was tasty and wellpresented, and the customer service was excellent, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Very peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet getaway with good food and great service. Again I would like to mention this.... Good Ambience, calm and quiet. Friendly staff, very clean pool and nicely set room. Food was also very good. Reasonably priced. We really enjoyed and will come back for sure

We had an amazing stay at Johns Village. The property is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. What really made our experience special was the outstanding service. A special thank-you to Mikkin, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. From helpful recommendations to quick assistance whenever we needed it, their service truly stood out.

I visited Jones Village last August with my family. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The surroundings are peaceful, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment options for families. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor management decisions and unprofessional staff behavior. We booked the large family room for around 18,000, expecting a relaxing holiday. However, there was no water supply for a considerable time due to a clear management issue related to maintenance and preparedness. Our three children had to wait almost 45 minutes after bathing because they were left soaking wet while the staff struggled to restore the water supply using a hose. This delay reflected both poor management planning and inefficient staff handling of the situation. The staff also kept insisting that we finish dinner before 8 PM, even though the delay was caused by their own failure to resolve the water issue promptly. This felt like a staff-level issue in terms of attitude and lack of empathy. When we finally ordered food, it arrived very late, yet we were still rushed to eat. Instead of feeling welcomed at a holiday resort, it felt like we were staying in a boys' hostel with unnecessary restrictions imposed by the staff. The property has excellent potential, but hospitality is about how guests are treated. Sadly, the combination of poor management oversight and rude, uncooperative staff completely spoiled what should have been a memorable family vacation. I hope the management takes responsibility and focuses on improving both operational planning and staff training, because the property deserves much better service.

Had a great time with my family in John's Village. Good service, facilities, atmosphere and food.The room's are aesthetic and there is something different in every hook and corner. Lot of aminities for entertainment both for Adults and kids. Highly recommendable...

I came here on holiday with my family and it was definitely one of my best experiences!! Everything about Johns Village was perfect from the food, service, staff were kind and helpful. Mikkin - deserves a special appreciation for his hospitality and kindness. He helped us through everything we needed . The other staff members were very kind too, they made sure every part of our vacation was taken care of!! The place is very clean and neat, the pool is very clean too!! The food is very well cooked, a special mention to the Chef for cooking delicious meals for us Once again, thank you Mikkin and all the staff of Johns Village for making our first stay in Kochi, kerala such a memorable one :)
