The entrance to the property can be missed easily so watch out. Did not stay but went for lunch. They have good meals for lunch and fish fry. Tried their biriyani too. Overall Good tasty food and reasonable ratebof food considering the location. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

Worst service , i ordered veg biryani from a pakage,but they served me only biriyani rice.....once i asked them they told me only this could be served as veg biryani,they can't do nothing.... They couldn't even serve a vegetarian side dish. They should first know what is a veg biryani.

Not sure about the accommodation because I've not stayed there but the food was just average with limited options. What I hated was the behavior and attitude of the staff. There is no other restuarant around may be that's the only reason for the crowd here, if the management doesnt look into the flaws of the service they provice am sure, a good option nearby can easily eat away their business.

The ambience was quite pleasant with a calm and scenic setting that complements the beauty of the hills. The location definitely adds to the overall experience. The food and customer service were averagenot particularly impressive. It served the purpose. One standout feature is the vast parking space available, which is very convenient for travelers with larger vehicles or groups.

Nelliampathi, a quiet and beautiful hill station, was our destination for a day trip, but the wonderful experience we had made us extend our stay by another day. We stayed at ITC Holiday Resort, which offered a simple yet homely ambience. The stay was comfortable, and the quality of the food was truly commendable. If you visit without high expectations, this is a great spot to stay and dine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to suggest nearby places to visit and making sure guests were well taken care of.
