We visited this resort few weeks back and had a mixed experience overall. While there were many things to appreciate, a few aspects could definitely be improved. Here's a detailed breakdown of our experience: Pros: 1. The service was good, though it was slightly delayed. 2. The resort was beautiful and had a serene atmosphere. 3. The games center and restaurant were well-arranged, and the food was delicious. 4. The badminton court was also nice and added to the recreational options available. Cons: 1. We did not receive the villa we had booked in advance, even though we paid for it ahead of time, which ruined our trip mood. 2. Many parts of the resort were under modification, including the kids' park and birds' park, which were non-functional during our stay. 3. The pool water seemed to contain excessive chemicals, causing eye irritation for those who used it. 4. The road leading to the resort was average and could use some improvement.

We recently stayed in the Chembakam rooms and absolutely loved our experience. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had a stunning view that made our stay even more memorable. The dining service was exceptional, with delicious food and attentive staff who ensured every meal was enjoyable. We were also there during Diwali, and the celebration organized by the hotel added such a special touch—it truly felt like a festival away from home! The game room was also a highlight for us, as it was well-maintained and offered a great selection of games for all ages. The staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a perfect stay with fantastic service, fun amenities, and beautiful views. Highly recommended!

Barring the poor road connectivity, location, cottages and services are excellent. Sun sets from here inspire poetry, music, camaraderie. Food is yummy and punctual. Pool is very cool ! Sundays they don't prepare dinner buffets, but only on prior order. Campfire ???? time is restricted between 9 - 10. Spa ..we didn't try because of shortage of time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Indeevara Retreat Resort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the lush greenery,combined with modern amenities, made my stay comfortable and luxurious. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure that every need was met. The hospitality truly made the experience even more special. The resort’s dining options were also a highlight. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of local and international dishes. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience, and I could tell that a lot of care went into the preparation and presentation.
