Our stay at Ibex Resort, Valparai was a memorable one. The hospitality and service were excellent throughout our visit. Muthu Pandi managed everything efficiently and was very supportive. The food was delicious, thanks to Chef Ramkumar and his colleagues Raghavan and Shiva Kumar. We also had a wonderful safari experience with Senthil Kumar, who was a very good driver and guide. The entire team made us feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valparai.

Had a really good time here, The location is beautiful and the views from the property are amazing, especially when you just sit and take in the surroundings. What made the stay even more interesting was the wildlife sightings around the property. We were lucky enough to spot elephants and birds during our stay, which was honestly a great surprise. The property is quiet and peaceful, away from the usual busy surroundings. Rooms were comfortable, the place was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. It felt nice to spend a couple of days without rushing anywhere. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with beautiful views, peaceful surroundings and some memorable wildlife moments. Would definitely like to come back again!!

The location is good but the last few hundred meters is a challenge and requires cautious driving on a rough stone estate road. I wouldn't try it on a rainy day. The staff, led by an able manager Tiwari, were very courteous and did their best you provide good service. The food was basic, but good. The room needs some maintenance. The curtains had mould and stains. The bathroom was neat. The recreation room was wonderful and it is a great place to hang out with good views. Would have been a lot better if the windows were clean. Overall, this would be a lovely property if it is renovated and maintained well.

We had initially faced some concerns regarding our stay due to the extreme mist and the challenging off-road route to reach Ibex Tale Rock Resort. However, the hotel staff were incredibly polite, understanding, and supportive throughout the situation. A special mention and sincere appreciation to Vignesh and manager , who handled everything exceptionally well from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a comfortable and pleasant experience. His support made a significant difference and truly reflects the resorts commitment to guest satisfaction. The entire team went above and beyond to understand our concerns and helped us seamlessly shift to Ibex Misty. Their hospitality and customer-first approach were truly impressive. The food was excellent, the location is beautiful, and the service is absolutely top-notch. Every staff member was courteous, helpful, and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Vignesh and the entire team for their outstanding support and exceptional service. Highly recommended and definitely a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Ibex Resort, Valparai. The food was really good and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Muthu Pandi for the excellent management and coordination. Chef Ramkumar, along with Raghavan and Shiva Kumar, did a great job with the food and hospitality. Our safari experience was also very enjoyable, thanks to our driver Senthil Kumar. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting again.
