I had a very disappointing experience trying to book rooms at this property. We were planning to book three rooms for our family for a one-day stay during the long weekend. Initially, Mr. Arun Koshore was responsive, shared pictures of the rooms, and gave us a good first impression. However, after that, the experience became extremely frustrating. I had to repeatedly call and follow up for a booking confirmation. As a customer, it shouldn't be my responsibility to constantly chase someone just to confirm a reservation. Every time I contacted him, he would say, "I'll check and get back to you," but not even once did he return my call or send a message with an update. Because of this lack of communication and unnecessary delay, we lost valuable time during a peak holiday period. By the time I gave up waiting and looked elsewhere, most hotels were already fully booked, leaving us with very limited options and forcing us to pay significantly more for rooms. A simple responsewhether the rooms were available or notwould have helped us make other arrangements in time. Poor communication and lack of basic customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way booking inquiries are handled in the future.

Terrible experience. The hotel team denied our check-in right at our scheduled check-in time, claiming they had no rooms available. Instead of helping or finding a solution, they actually asked us to cancel our own booking. It was incredibly stressful and easily one of the worst travel moments we've ever had. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Avoid this place.

Rooms are good, service is also ok types because you have to ask for a few things. The people are not very proactive. But the best part is they are very very polite and co operative.

location is on prime Place, Rooms are ok for short time stay , there wont be power most of the time , they wont have Power backup . mostly power wont be there .. & rooms have some Mold smell
