A very nice n beautiful place for a comfortable stay at an affordable price in Kashi. The beahaviour of all the service team members is very courteous. You are welcomed always with a pleasant smile from Ms Anjali and other front desk members which leaves an impression of vibrant Kashi. The Hotel is newly constructed, hence everything gives you a fresh feel. Large rooms with all basic amenities . I visit Varanasi frequently for work, and this is an excellent hoteleasily the best among nearby options. The staff are very courteous, especially Imran, who greeted me warmly. From my interaction with him, I could tell the hotel truly values hospitality, which is often lacking at other nearby hotels where front desk staff are not as welcoming or professional. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is also very good, and the food is delicious. I particularly enjoyed the breakfastidli and sambar, as well as paratha. The idlis were soft and fluffy, something I had been missing during my stays at other nearby hotels.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Hotel Meera Palace, Varanasi Last week, I had the privilege of visiting the sacred city of Varanasi on a spiritual and adventurous journey with my father and a close friend. For our three-day stay, we chose Hotel Meera Palace, and what an incredible decision that turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Whether it was the entrance, lobby, restaurant, corridors, or guest rooms, every corner reflected a commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail that rivals many luxury hotels. What truly sets Hotel Meera Palace apart is its people. Every member of the team greeted us with a smile, guided us about the city, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help reminded me of the service standards expected in world-class hospitality establishments. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning and ordered dinner through room service each evening. The buffet was beautifully presented, hygienic, and well-organized, with clear attention given to food safety standards. The quality, taste, and presentation of the food were outstanding and consistently exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the beds ensured a restful night's sleep, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room every day. A special mention goes to Raju Thapa, whose room service was prompt, professional, and delivered with genuine care. Every meal arrived quickly, and his hospitality skills were truly impressive. I would also like to recognize Nuklesh and Akhilesh, who looked after us during breakfast. Their warm smiles, kindness, and attentive service made every morning a pleasant experience. They served guests wholeheartedly and demonstrated exceptional hospitality. The real gems of Hotel Meera Palace, however, are Imran and Anjali. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly supportive, caring, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Their dedication made us feel less like guests and more like family. They created an atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home. Having spent many years in the hospitality industry, I can confidently say that the level of service, cleanliness, and guest care at Hotel Meera Palace is remarkable. The management should be proud of the culture they have created. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Meera Palace to anyone visiting Varanasi. It offers outstanding value for money, exceptional service, and an unforgettable guest experience. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning next year.
