Stayed for 2days here and booked to agoda a week before. Rooms were hygienic and room service was so kind and so fast on resolving our issues. Breakfast was yummy which resembles a home food but the quantity was not enough as they give individual parcels to our room due to gas shortage. Had a smooth check in and checkout. Would surely recommend you to stay here and would book for future trips to yercaud. Amenities are pleasant and a good and nature holic ambience. Well suited for family amd couples.

Terrible experience Deceptive advertising and completely hostile, unhelpful staff My recent stay at this hotel was highly unpleasant and incredibly frustrating. We paid for a full-service hotel but received sub-par facilities and terrible service. False Advertising of Amenities: We booked this specific property because of the listed family amenities, which turned out to be a complete lie. The advertised swimming pool and kids' play area are completely unavailable.We were not given access ,they were always locked. No Dining Options: There was no in-house restaurant on the property, and the complimentary breakfast provided was of very poor quality. Broken Heating: The room heater was not working properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. Hostile and Rude Staff: The behavior of the front desk staff was completely unacceptable. When I brought our issues to their attention, they were incredibly defensive and rude. They refused to make any effort to help us or resolve the situation. Instead of trying to fix the problems or accommodate my family, the staff simply did not care. Their customer service is nonexistent. This property completely misrepresents what it offers, and the hostile attitude of the staff makes it even worse.I highly advise everyone to stay far away from this property.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Friday Inn. The service was poor, and the staff were not attentive or helpful. The overall management and hospitality were below expectations. The breakfast was served in packed boxes instead of being freshly served, which was disappointing and affected the dining experience. In addition, many of the activities and amenities that were expected were not available, making the stay less enjoyable. Overall, the experience did not justify the expectations, and I would not recommend Hotel Friday Inn to anyone looking for good service and a pleasant stay. Don't judge by the videos shown in Instagram and youtube

Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean when we checked in, and the overall maintenance was poor. The water heater was not working, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay. When we approached the staff for assistance, they were rude and unhelpful instead of addressing the issues professionally. For the price charged, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Just wanted to share our honest feedback here. So, we booked our rooms through Goibibo a way before a month since we knew there will be a hell a lot of rush during Pongal holidays. Initially we were super skeptical since I was seeing a lot of negative reviews posted by everyone. But to our surprise, it wasn't that bad. Since we booked through an online site, our room was allocated to the basement of the hotel (which we didn't expect, lol) apparently another guest who checked-in with us also faced the same situation. The rooms were pretty decent, no complaints. Coming to the breakfast buffet, it was kinda okay. They had a mini south indian breakfast setup along with tea/coffee. We seriously felt it could have been better to attract the guest attention. I am pretty sure those who pay a huge amount to stay in the A shaped villas will definitely feel it's a reallyyyy disappointing breakfast buffet...! For a budget friendly room, this breakfast option provided by them is okay Next, the hospitality was really good and the owner of the hotel was super friendly with us. No complaints about them since he guided us thoroughly being our first visit to Yercaud. So, If you are looking for a budget friendly family room and a limited breakfast option, you can go ahead and book them through a call because as I said the online sites allocated a basement room for us with a zero mountain view.
