The property is conveniently located opposite the botanical garden, close to the Valparai entry point. We stayed in a premium room that was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with blankets that were sufficient for the cold climate. The premium room hall was comfortable and worked well for late-night conversations. The food was very good; lunch and dinner need to be ordered in advance, and the cook prepared delicious meals. Complimentary breakfast was provided and was good. The hospitality stood out, with the cook, staff, and owners all being courteous and welcoming. We were three families and were given rooms on the same floor, which made the stay especially enjoyable for the kids.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the toilets were hygienic. The staff and the owner were courteous and cooperative throughout our stay. Although room service was not available, the overall hospitality was satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was average, with a limited selection of items. Parking space is available for approximately three cars and a few bikes; however, the staff made commendable efforts to arrange space for six cars and multiple bikes, which was greatly appreciated. The owner was also very helpful in providing detailed information about nearby places to visit. The only notable drawback was the absence of a power backup facility. During our stay, there was no electricity at night and the following morning, which was somewhat inconvenient, especially considering the room rent of 3,000 per night. Overall, the property offers a good stay experience, but better maintenance of basic amenities such as power backup would enhance guest satisfaction

Spacious & clean room, good & big bed, warm shower. Accommodation has good location on the edge of town and takes about 10 minutes to walk into town. They provide simple but freshly made (Indian) breakfast. Dinner also on request. Friendly staff, although there was somewhat of a language barrier as English was limited. Towels, toilet paper were not initially provided, but they did so on request. Also bedsheet to prevent sleeping under bare blanket.

Hotel location is main city of valparai. Very excellent rooms neat and clean service, important think it low cast they provide big rooms. Suitable for family and friends. My own experience I enjoy very well because my room have balcony it's spot to view sunrise and sunset.

I stayed at this property for a day and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The pricing was reasonable for the time of booking, and the availability of covered car parking was a great plus. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and highly recommended for its peaceful atmosphere.
