Don't choose for the family in the resort. They are located in deep private areas. Not hygiene rooms, Fully dirty rooms. Easy to access mosquitoes and etc . Waste of time. Parking owner risk. Hot water only 20% heat mode. Drinking Water is not available, soap, shampoo, towel, etc not available. This property is only suitable for the small size of godown as well.

Worst Hotel Experienced In Munnar as I visited this town times hotel is not at all hygiene they won't clean Rooms if we ask for anything owner lady is very rude and Lot of Insects and no proper hot water and parking at owner Risk not a spacious rooms no minimum facilities like tv bath towels soap and I Completely disappointed this time and I won't recommend this for family and couples at all as this hotel is in forest location

Worst stay and room space is very less for this price.no camp fire and bbq even thought they said theyll arrange us . No proper water facilities in bathroom .

Its an ok place , not great for a start hotel. Negotiate as much as possible we got 3 rooms for 7 people for total 5000. They tried to get as much as cash from you its a good place as long as you are aware and can negotiate. Its suitable if you guys want so just stay over get rest over night and leave.

Worst experience, total disappointment, congested room not even worth for single penny, there were not even having the king size bed only two single cots are attached, very rude management, not even provided pillows for extra bed, blankets, twice think before payment (they will collect full payment while check in be aware).we had also requested campfire while booking and the management also accepted with that cost of 4000 for six members in super dulex room, but not provided any campfire and totally disappointed us , and not even they are ready to less the amount. I not even suggest anyone to stay in this place Pros: Nice view point, home made food.
