Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The food was excellent with a good variety of options to choose from. The property offers ample parking space, which is very convenient for guests. The swimming pool is well maintained and perfect for relaxation. The hotel's prime location makes it easy to access nearby attractions and essential services. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay at Holiday Vista Thekkady. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions in Thekkady, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the rooftop pool offers a nice view of the surrounding hills. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the food was good with a decent variety at breakfast. The overall ambience of the hotel is relaxing and suitable for families as well as couples. While a few facilities could benefit from better maintenance and improvement, the hotel offers good value for money and provides a comfortable stay in Thekkady. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay near the Periyar region.

1 Star Extremely Disappointing Stay, Misleading Listing & Rude Management I booked Holiday Vista Hotel through Agoda specifically because the listing clearly mentioned a bathtub and mountain view room. However, after arriving with my family and kids, the hotel informed us that the room category they provided (Gold Room) had no bathtub and no mountain view at all. This was completely different from what was advertised and felt very misleading. The problems did not stop there: * The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. * We noticed bed bugs in the room. * There were flies and insects inside the room. * The overall cleanliness was far below expectations. When we complained about the insects and bugs, the staffs response was shocking. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply told us not to open the doors or windows. That is not a solution to a hygiene problem. The worst part of the experience was the behavior of the management. We had a serious discussion at the reception late at night because we were traveling with children and expected basic comfort and cleanliness. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern for guests. Rather than taking responsibility, he kept blaming Agoda and making excuses. We were told different stories, and there was no genuine effort to resolve the issues. As a family traveler, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. We paid for facilities that were advertised but never provided, stayed in an unhygienic room, and were treated poorly when we raised valid concerns. I would strongly advise families, especially those traveling with children, to think twice before booking this property. Misleading room descriptions, poor hygiene standards, and rude management made this stay a complete disappointment.

The place was excellent. Room was excellent. The Hotel is maintained very well. Everything was working even small switches also nothing to complain about which is uncommon even in high star hotels. Special thanks to all the staff specially Shiva for giving this room. Breakfast was also very excellent. The management is doing a great job
