The welcome at the hotel was excellent and the check-in process was smooth. A staff member accompanied us to the room and explained the resort activities and important details along the way. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. All basic amenities and toiletries were provided. The restaurant was very good with a wide variety of menu options. The food was tasty and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Holiday Vista Hotel and overall it was a really good experience. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the service was prompt and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was definitely a highlight! The Kerala fish masala is a must-try perfectly spiced and full of authentic flavors. At breakfast, the puttu with kadala curry was very authentic and tasted just like a traditional homemade meal. Overall, a pleasant stay with great hospitality and delicious food. Would happily recommend it!

I stayed here last week for a day. Hotel location is perfect and near to tourist places. Market is just outside the hotel which includes banana chips shops and spices shops as well as few restaurants. Perfect from location point of view. Room is big and includes TV (don't have much channels) atleast kids channel in other than regional language would help. AC was working fine. Bed was not much relaxing and not comfortable. Major problem we had due to very frequent power cuts and were not able to sleep almost from 3 AM. Same was mentioned in my feedback form too. Hot water was available for all the time and bathroom was very clean. We had opted for breakfast and really happy with it. Wide variety and tea was awesome. Would recommend for the hotel if they have fixed the power cut down issue. Overall it was a good stay.

Super cool hotel. Budget Friendly. Best staff in hotels I have recently stayed. Descent Restaurant with delicious food and cordial staff. Location is in the middle of the town. Sky pool, though ice cold is good. Will book rooms with this hotel only whenever I visit Thekkady.
