It was a nice resort with a great ambiance It is a little away from the town (~ 2 km) . And have to take an auto to reach there but the view we get from the resort is just amazing. The morning view is good but evening view of the sunset is the best as we had The rooms are also good and neat, and it was same as shown in the picture. The toilet was also neat with water heater available. There is no restaurant in the resort ,but they will arrange dinner and breakfast at our request. The food was good and was at a decent price. The staffs are very friendly and their service was very good. They will arrange auto for travel from there. Overall it was a great experience and we loved the place.

Not Worth the Hype Very Disappointing Stay Please don't be misled by the online reviews. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in Vagamon. I stayed at this resort for just 10 hours during the off-season, and even that felt too long especially considering the high price. Despite the cost, the resort is more of a budget option with very poor hygiene standards. It's absolutely not suitable for families. The cleanliness was lacking, and the overall experience did not match any of the positive reviews I had seen online. If you have any other options, I strongly recommend you think twiceor even thricebefore choosing this resort. Its just not worth it based on personal experience.

Super Place, away from town. Clean rooms, linen and washroom. Staffs are very good. Only negative we found is there is no restaurant in the property. You will have to drive 15 mnts for that

Whoever is running this place doesn't really care about the customer experience and the nuances, and it really shows. But let's start with a few positives. The location is good, but not well-maintained, and the service is pretty decent compared to the non-responsive and argumentative person who is running it. Three stars are just for the location and service. To start with, almost always, there is no response on the number listed on Google. Hospitality business is all about response and making people feel at home. On one rare occasion I talked to this person, they were quite argumentative. The rooms are not maintained properly and it shows. Most of the lights are either not working or insufficient. Power/electricity randomly goes off. While we were staying, all electrical devices stopped for a couple of hours. Food seems to be outsourced and was never on time. We stayed hungry and had to follow up multiple times before getting the food. The quality was average at best, but it was certainly overpriced, looking at the price mentioned. Coming to the price, there was no bill provided, yet, for the stay or the food, despite our follow-up. This means that there's no proof of payment except for the bank statement to a random account and the food bill is not transparent.
