Warm Welcome by the Owner Mani One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the hospitality of the owner, Mani. From the very beginning, he was extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating. He personally ensured that our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Mani has a very calm and positive personality, which immediately makes guests feel comfortable and valued. He patiently explained everything about the cottage, the facilities, and nearby attractions, and he was always available whenever we needed help.

We wanted a place to relax and chill out with our Reunion group. We got it all in one place at Heartland. Welcoming friendly staff who remained at our beck and call. Wonderful evening around a nice Bonfire with Music and BBQ cooking great food. The sound of running water from the stream nearby makes it heavenly. The birds and green forest comes alive with our morning coffee. Great place to stay!

A serene and calm place of nature. Very helpful staff good food and mainly Cleanliness is at its best. A good ambience. We felt like another home. Thanks to the staff. Will keep in mind if we plan to munnar once again....

Far away from crowded area ...good food and manage by helping team . Good for morning walk and Trek near by area not disturbed. Trek and go see river and water fall. Place is with budget friendly with suitable options for all. Back packers , normal cottages, deluxe cottages
