Had a wonderful stay at Haze Resort, Munnar! The resort has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by the natural beauty of Munnar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the peaceful ambience and the scenic surroundings. Its a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time away from the busy city life. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Munnar. Thank you to the entire Haze Resort team for making our stay memorable!

Had a wonderful and memorable stay at Haze Mountain Resort, Munnar! The beautiful mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and overall hospitality made our stay truly special. Everything was well maintained, and the service was excellent. A special appreciation to Alfas, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and friendly approach. He was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, making sure everything was comfortable and smooth for us. His professionalism and genuine care really made a difference. Thank you, Haze Mountain Resort, for giving us such a lovely experience. Definitely a place I would love to visit again and recommend to others looking for a peaceful getaway in Munnar!

Had an amazing stay at Haze Mountain Resorts! The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain views, clouds rolling through the valley, and a peaceful atmosphere thats perfect for relaxing. The scenery alone makes the trip worth it. The food was equally impressivefresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Every meal was enjoyable, and the hospitality made the experience even better. This was one of the worst resort experiences I have had. The property failed to provide even the most basic amenities expected from any accommodation. The hospitality was extremely poor, with little concern for guest comfort. There was no Wi-Fi, no hot water, and not even towels provided in the room. There were no floor mats or carpets outside the bathroom or room entrance, making it unsafe and uncomfortable after using the washroom. To make matters worse, the bathroom mirror was broken, which is a serious safety hazard and should never be overlooked. It is unacceptable to charge guests while neglecting such basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality. The resort appears poorly managed and inadequately maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone until these issues are properly addressed.

had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the restaurant service and food quality. The staff at the restaurant were extremely courteous, attentive, and made sure every meal was perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presentedyou could tell a lot of care went into preparation. Each dish we tried, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious and exceeded expectations. A special mention to the restaurant team for their warm hospitality and prompt servicethey made the dining experience feel personal and memorable. Would highly recommend this place not just for a relaxing stay, but especially for the outstanding dining experience. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!
